Our business was started be a couple of guys who had worked in the tech industry long enough to become dissatisfied with the low level of customer service and employee competence of the average repair company. I am an Ohio native, born and raised in Shelby. Happily Married, I took Web Page Design and Programming at Pioneer CTC, where I graduated in the top tier of my class. Since graduating I became a Professional Photo editor using PhotoShop, I was also Manager of a different electronics repair shop; where I became dissatisfied with how customers were treated in this industry and decided to do something about it.
