Rick is the main man at Neptune. He is extremely knowledgable and did a great job of analyzing our issues with our Whirlpool Cabrio washer (13 years old) and our GE fridge which was having ice/​water in the door issues. Both were a little unusual problems. The washers like ours typically have bearing issues but ours was the suspension rods. If he had said he needed to replace the bearings also I would have given the OK. Rick is extremely honest and said our bearings were in great shape and that was not needed. When he left the washer was like new and the water & ice issues were resolved.
He gave me an estimate before he started the work and did everything as promised. If you are thinking about calling for appliance repair by dialing an 800 number-​Stop! Call Neptune and support an honest, clean and friendly man making an honest living in your community.
He came out quickly, was thorough and when he left both me and my wife were thrilled to have everything working well and not having to spend money on new appliances.

Update to prior review on this company:
Had to exercise their 30 day warranty as machine had kind of broken down again with what appeared to be the same problem. They agreed to come back out, no questions asked. They ended up honoring their warranty even though it ended up being a slightly different problem. All they charged me for was the cost of the part they installed, 35 bucks. No big deal.
But they took the time to contact the manufacturer and describe the problem to them before coming out with the new part, so they would have some confidence that this new part would solve the problem. Which it has.
Can’t say enough good things about this service company. Their communication is great also, a rarity in today’s marketplace. Will continue to use these guys and nobody else for all my appliance repair needs.
