Trevor started doing AC repair and installation at 15 years old after serving in the Army he picked up where he left off with three different companies in Houston where he gained continued education on all levels of the HVAC field. His no BS no games attitude is what makes him successful, hes not in the business to take you money hes here to provide the absolute best AC service possible. Trevor also works for Google with NEST and is in charge of analytics and product management for the NEST thermostat, he also teaches HVAC training classes for Google!

Trevor was incredible. There is no worse feeling than having your A.C. Go out in Texas! He was really prompt really personable and more than all really trustworthy! I feel like I got a great deal and great service and service I can trust. I took a chance on country thyme based on the great reviews I found and they seem to live up to and take pride in all of those reviews. It feels great supporting a local business owner that takes his work serious and his customers opinions personal. I called at 2 pm and he was at my house by 5:30. He had to order a part, but advised me on how to keep my house cool until the part came in. He quoted me one price, the part cost more than what he quoted me. He kept the original price. This is incredible and this kind of service is what makes me feel good and confident as a customer. I highly recommend this company. I was thoroughly impressed.

Great services. We will be a life long customer for sure! We had three other companies give us quotes because our upstairs system was not cooling, and the three companies claimed our unit was dead, so it needed to be changed. A recommendation led us to Country Thyme; they came out and repaired the problem with one simple part saving us thousands. They ended up changing our downstairs system because we wanted to upgrade, and they beat two other companies prices by over $ 1000 with a better brand unit than was quoted by the other two companies. These guys have a great reputation online and I experienced why first hand. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely great service. We called early this morning and within a few hours Trevor was here to fix our AC. He was very friendly & took the time to explain everything. I also felt like the price was very reasonable. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Trevor for any a/​c repair work. He’s honest, tells you exactly what you need and doesn’t try to sell you what you don’t need. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and honesty. I will never have another company service my air conditioner! Would give 10 stars if I could!
