I can’t say enough amazing things about Randy and Ausco. He installed a new AC unit for my family in the heat of the summer. Same day and at the best price in town! Randy at Ausco Air is knowledgeable, hard working and reliable. If you make an appointment to have Randy come to your home, he will be there. He is very good about calling (or texting if you prefer) prior to a visit and he even followed up with me after performing his services to make sure everything was working properly.
My wife and I recently moved into a new home that had 17 year old A/​C units (that we knew could stop working at any time). Within a month of being in the home, the A/​C system upstairs wasn’t blowing cold air. We had a home warranty and called them to have someone come out and look at it. The first person they ‘sent’ never showed, but then they sent Randy from Ausco Air.
Randy was able to accurately diagnose the problem with my system and spent HOURS on the phone with home warranty company and myself to explain what was wrong and how to fix the problem. Ultimately, due to the poor condition of my unit (s), Randy had to replace my entire A/​C system for the second floor of my home, both the outdoor compressor and indoor coil, with new components. He did an excellent job with the installation, and it took much less time that I had expected.
I will be using Ausco Air to perform annual maintenance on my A/​C units and I will recommend Randy to anyone in need of A/​C service or installation.
