A remarkable one week turn around door-​to-​door to the East Coast to repair a Garmin GPS. Fixed and shipped the same day they received it! Regular email updates every step of the way.

Had not heard of PalmDR (AKA Short Tronics) before a recent issue with my garmin GPS but I gave them a try and it was an awesome experience. My GPS was dead and they repaired it within 24hrs of receiving it for a really fair price.
They also had fantastic communication and kept me up to date on the initial order, repair status and when it was on it’s way back to me. They repaired my gps in 24hrs and it was back in my hands 2 days later.
