Friendly and prompt. they do a nice job with the clothing… Very good about pick up and delivery when needed.

The review for this place is accurate. Unfortunately — they just cannot get it done.

BEWARE!!! They ruined a suit and said it’s not their responsibility. It came back to me with a huge tear down the right sleeve. It went in with no tear. How is it not their responsibility? There goes $ 1000. NEVER USE THEM!!!

HAMID fixed a Bridesmaid dress for me in 1 hour. He is amazing and really pays attention to what you need.

They’re pretty, fast and I like the fresh smell of the laundry. Though it’s a lot of threads & lints on the clothes that come from other places. It’d be great somebody brushing those off before bagging the clothes.

I used United Cleaners (also known as United Tailors) for a few years for laundry service — sheets and towels. I also had some things altered there — minor stuff. The alterations they did a good job on. However one day I called to get my laundry delivered I was told I was now too far away from them (I’m at Broadway and 25^th st) and that they would no longer pick up and deliver to me. They then made me wait OVER AN HOUR to deliver the my laundry they already had, when they said they would be there in 20 minutes.
Apparently people that work there come in and out — ie they come over here for a few months, work there and then go back to whatever country they came from. I’ve dealt with numerous people over the years. However, this recent bunch of new recruits are rude and inconsiderate. There are plenty of other laundry services in the area to use, avoid this one!

When I first stepped into the small cleaner, I asked how much it’d cost to dry-​clean my shirt, and the guy there avoided my question by getting my personal information — phone number, address, etc. Once he had all of my information, he printed me out a ticket with the price of $ 6.99. I felt that was reasonable, but avoiding my question was not appreciated!

They’re more reasonably priced than Gramercy Cleaners, but cleaning isn’t done on-​site and the range of alterations is limited (hems, buttons, etc.) Very friendly staff.
