U.S. Orthotic Center

It’s been a few months since my surgery, and I have been using the orthotics that Jeff allowed me to keep. I decided to give Jeff a call to see if he would take a look at them just to make sure they were still okay and didn’t need any fine tuning. They got me in immediately, the next morning. During my appointment he not only took a look at my orthotics but also gave me some helpful tips!
I would recommend everyone call up US Orthotic Center before you decide to go ahead with the surgery and even after. I believe the orthotics have definitely helped me heal faster. Thanks again Jeff!

Awesome… with ski season in full force I was looking to better the comfort and control of my boots, I headed over to US Orthotics after a colleague of mine and fellow skier suggested I go see «Dr. Jeff» as he call’s him. Man this guy really knows his feet and how to bring relief and comfort to those who are hurting. I have a severe instep due to many sprained ankles when I was younger and Jeff knew exactly how to remedy my ailment… The fit and precision are incredible and I have ordered orthotics for my running shoes as well. Kudos to this man ! My feet feel great and have never been more comfortable thanks to Dr. Jeff. His thirty years experience really shines through and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a professional experience. I will be back !

US Orthotics Center is the best: I love Jeff and his courteous staff. I’m on my feet a lot and have had problems with my feet no matter the high quality of my shoes. I’ve had other orthotics in the past, but I never really felt like they made much difference. Jeff was able to accurately asses my issues and craft orthotics that have actually helped!

«A Miracle Worker» is the only way to describe Jeff Rich and what he does. I have only been wearing high end supportive hiking boots with variable pressure hiking socks for nearly a decade to get the pressure off my inflamed achilles tendons and help my gait given my generalized arthritis. Two ankle surgeries at the Hospital for Special Surgery did little to help, while Jeff’s custom made orthotics helped reduce the pain and even let me wear sneakers again! My ankles, knees, hips and back all hurt less because I walk more normally, thus reducing the strain. The only footwear that ever touches my feet is first prepared by Jeff, from slippers, to sneakers, to rain and snow boots. He adjusted all 7 pair of my orthotics after my knee replacement, since he said the alignment changed after surgery. As always, he was right. The minor adjustment allowed my foot to visibly track straighter again. I pass his card on to my friends and family who complain of foot or gait problems. I sing his praises to all my doctors also; I just wish that they would refer all their patients to him. It is always a pleasure to see him, his patience and compassion, along with a crazy sense of humor, help create a welcoming therapeutic atmosphere.

Wow does Jeff Rich know his stuff! I was recommended to go see him by my doctor at Hospital For Special Surgey when they told me custom orthotics would help me instead of going under the knife. I was able to make an appointment to see him right away-​his office staff who helped me was very nice and informed me of all prices and the process of everything. When i arrived at my appointment I was seen right away and i learned new things about my feet i didint even know about. He recommended I buy a new pair of sneakers-​which i got, and in less than two weeks I came back for my fitting and in less than 20 min i was out the door. I did have a hard time adjusting to the orthotics, but Jeff informed me if I was not comfortable in a week to call and setup another appointment for an adjustment. He does not charge for any adjustments which i think is great! Some doctors charge you every time you come in just to see them. I already bought my second pair of orthotics from Jeff for my more dressier shoes for the office and I can say that I will definately be back! Thanks Jeff for everything!
