The lady who works here messed up my order so she remade my sandwiches, but rather than simply remaking them she was so incredibly rude and told me it was my fault. I don’t mind when people make mistakes but when they try to blame it on others it really bothers me. She handed me my bag, I paid and said«thank you.» No response. After I got back to my hotel I realized she gave me the wrong order. So I went back and once again she started barking about how I grabbed the wrong bag and it was my fault. I just don’t like being treated like dirt. I don’t deserve having some crazy woman working at s subway act so rude and vicious. Just take some responsibilities for your actions, lady. I believe her name is Geffe or something like that.

They say they’re open late, but when I dropped by at 8:36 p.m. their doors were locked. The employee inside made that slitting-his-throat motion. They need to stick to their posted hours rather than randomly closing when they feel like it! They also need to post something on the door when they randomly shut the fuck down like that. They’re also in a very ugly environment, with scaffolding surrounding the place.

I’ve been to many subway and this is the first location where they didn’t ask me what type of cheese I wanted and automatically put Swiss on. WTH. No Thanks. I asked for Provolone. The employees here just looked very disgruntled from the morning. Hey most people hate going to work, but don’t stand around with a crap face all morning. Deal with it. It’s life.

One of the dirtiest Subway’s. Went here thinking I’d get a sandwich for dinner. Walked in and it seemed they were short staffed, the cashier was making the subs and handling money, not a big deal as he was changing gloves. However, the area where they made the sandwiches was just a disaster. Completely lost my appetite and went elsewhere.

What can I say about one Subway that I can’t say about them all? This particular location stands out because it’s conveniently located near Herald Square/Penn Station. You can grab a quick bite to eat whether you work nearby or are in the area doing some shopping in Manhattan Mall or at Macy’s. However, there is very limited seating(about 2 or 3 tables tops) since it is one of their smaller stores. And since you’re in midtown don’t expect a huge selection of $ 5 foot long specials. I was looking to see if they had any last week when I walked in and I did not see any. Most of the 6 inches are about $ 5 and the foot long subs are about $ 6 or $ 7(don’t quote me!).

Conveniently located right by Penn Station, however, the place is small. When we went, there was only one worker making sandwiches and she was moving so slow! She also misheard my «tomato» for«mayo»…unacceptable!

Average subway location with nothing spectacular about it. The location has very limited seating because it’s a very small location. They also have the limited selection of $ 5 foot longs.
