Came in to check out their«cut your bill in half» promotion since my contract is almost up with another provider. They could not have cared less that I was a potential new sale. The guy I spoke to was bored and clearly didn’t want to talk to me. Only told me about one plan that was way too expensive and way more than I needed, and when I asked about other plans he told me «that’s the one we’re selling right now.» Really? You only sell one plan?

This store is terrible, specifically two employees named Julio and Lucelli. I’ll skip all of the details on how inefficient and rude they are, but at the end of a long list of problems with their service,(where he rendered my phone inoperable, hung up on me when I called later on to ask for help, and then she refused to give me the name of her supervisor saying that she ‘didn’t have one’) I will just suggest either skipping this store entirely, or, when you have an issue with either of these two rude, unintelligent morons, just skip right to their boss. Send an email to and the District Manager WILL help you(I got a call back within 18 hours and someone at a different store did finally help me), or send a letter to: Dan Hesse, Sprint Chief Executive Officer, 6200 Sprint Parkway, Overland, KS66251). Julio and Lucelli are two people who don’t deserve to have jobs. Fortunately upper management at IMobile got involved to clean up after them.

This is the location I’ve come to every time I’ve have a issue with my phone. Let it be known that I only come here because its incredibly convenient and I spend lots of time on the Upper West Side. Most recently, I had to have two iPhones activated. I came in two separate times to do this and the employees were quick to offer help and get the ball rolling. They made the process easy and simple. When I used to be on Team Blackberry, they almost always had my model in stock and had someone to help me out. There was even a time where I had to urgently change my phone number and this location did that in a heartbeat. As much as I appreciate how efficient and fairly quick each associate has been, often times there are not enough staff and they don’t come off as reliable, knowledgeable staff members based on how they actually look. I mean, one was drinking a beverage and had their psychology textbook on the counter for everyone to see. That just signaled that that employee has no sense of time management. Sometimes the store is so tiny and narrow its hard to tell if there’s a line and where it starts and if it’s okay to ask for help. Basically what I’m saying is that sometimes this location comes off as understaffed. Despite that, this will always be my go to Sprint spot. If I’m in the area of course.

If i could give zero stars, i would. This is the worst sprint store I’ve been to. The customer service is awful, you walk in and are immediately addressed by two ‘sales people’ who look like they just walked off the street. There are about six people in this tiny store at all times for no reason and when you try to get something fixed you have to come in six times. If you’re looking for quality service, this place will not provide that.

This is the best Sprint customer service I have ever received. They were one of the only stores in NYC to have HTC Evo’s and they were extremely courteous, helpful, and fast about activating this phone. Shortly after getting the phone, the camera lens had broken… they were literally the only place who had parts to fix this phone. I called HTC, Sprint, and other stores and they fixed the phone at zero cost. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This is a small Sprint Store, hidden under some scaffolding next to Utopia Café. It’s really easy to walk by and not notice that it’s there. I came in looking to upgrade to a new phone. I’ve literally had the same phone since 2005. Standard flip phone that called, texted, and took crappy pictures. Then I was introduced to a fun new toy called the HTC Evo. I’ve always been really anti-touch screen keyboard, because my massive gorilla hands could never type very well on it. However, the Evo is a little bit bigger and thus a little easier for me to handle. In the end, I was really happy with my purchase and really happy with the service I received. People were friendly, but not over the top, and very knowledgeable about the devices. Also, it was about 90 degrees outside and the Sprint Store was a very comfortable 67 degrees. Win for Sprint.
