Royal Carpet & Rug Cleaning

I really can’t express what a life saver this company is. I used their service some weeks back on a rental apartment I have. It is a very nice apartment in great condition but the carpets were a complete mess. I was going to just remove all of the carpeting and buy new ones which would have been a lot of money. There is carpet in every room except the kitchen and bathrooms. My partner told me to see if I can get someone to clean them first before I buy all new carpet. I was reluctant because I didn’t want to spend more money than I had to if I would have had to end up buying more carpet in the end anyway.
The cleaners arrived on time, and started immediately. There were a few fecal stains from the pets that the last tenants had but they completely cleaned all of that up. There were juice stains and stains of which I have absolutely no idea what they were. No problem, these guys cleaned every spot! The whole job didn’t take as long as I thought it would and the carpets are now spotless. These guys knew what they were doing and did not waste my time. Will be using their services again! Highly recommend.

I had «inherited» two rugs that had been in my nana’s attic for years; I didn’t know what condition they were in. They did a wonderful job. They were very fair in telling me what the rugs needed cleaning and which didn’t. They cleaned the rugs beautifully for a very reasonable price. They completed the work professionally and charged me less than I expected!

I recently used the carpet cleaning service from this company over the New Year Eve weekend since this is one of the closest ones I found in my neighborhood. They charged me a very reasonable price and they also offered coupons on their website. One of the coupons I used was the free deodorizing with carpet cleaning one. Overall they did a great job of cleaning my carpets with no damage and it smell fresh like brand new again.
I’m glad that they have three locations in nyc so I would definitely recommend it to a close friend of mine who happened to live in brooklyn.

Over the Christmas holiday I traveled to a friends house for a large get together of old friends. After the party we noticed someone had completely (what we thought) ruined one of his families oriental rugs that has been passed down for years through his family.
We called around to a lot of places and described the issues and most said it couldn’t be restored or fixed, until we called Royal Carpet & Rug! We did not have any push back or hesitancy on their part about at least trying to look and fix it. Once we took it in, dropped it off and picked it up it’s like we never even had the party! The rug was like new! They definitely saved us from what could have been a very uncomfortable conversation with some of his family.
I almost forgot! We had 2 quotes online (from people we couldn’t call — other companies) and Royal CRC completely whipped their pricing! There were no hidden costs involved either which was nice. We knew what we had to pay and that’s what we were charged, which was refreshing.
Overall FANTASTIC experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!

I just used Royal as I rented my apartment out and came home to my beautiful living room carpet with substantial stains and damage. They were able to clean and fix the carpet so that it looked like new. They were understanding to work with and seemed confident and knowledgeable in all things carpet-​related. The gentlemen I dealt with were pleasant at pick-​up and drop-​off, and the pricing was reasonable, especially with the Unilocal deal.
I would use them again in the future for just regular yearly or so carpet cleaning — it’s amazing what a different a fresh, clean carpet can make in my apartment. I’d recommend them!
