My mother lives in a small townhome with a flat roof in Long Island, so when it rains it puddles up there. Well, That eventually led to water leaking into the kitchen and living room. There were water stains on the ceiling that were just hideous to look at. I called Water Damage Restoration and they were able to come out the same day. And for a reasonable price too. Their team was very efficient in fixing the water damage. Not only did they stop the roof/​ceiling from leaking water again, but the ugly stains were gone too! They did an incredible job! Even gave us tips and advice on how to keep this problem from happening again. We couldn’t be happier with the service. I will be using them for all my water damage repairs.

I was really satisfied with the great service I recieved, I went on vacation and came back home to see my entire basement flooded molded, I didn’t know who to call or do, I was happy that I found this company so I called them up and they arrived just on time with the right tools to get the job done.

I went to my grandmother’s house after she complained about there being water leaking into the basement. When I was there the leaking got progressively worse and had no choice but to call a professional. I called them and they were kind enough to find a time that worked with my schedule so my grandmother wouldn’t have to stress.
They were very quick an professional with how they handled everything. They also checked for any mold. Upon completion the discussed what caused the leak and what we could do to prevent it. They also placed protective measures in the afflicted areas where the pipes are and cleaned up the damage in the ceiling and walls. It was a very pleasant experience with them.

I was in dire need of help after a bad storm ended up ruining my basement. I had done some renovations to make it a second living room/​guest room area, and I was completed distraught to find the amount of water damage that destroyed my hard work.
I was seeking out a dependable company that could assist me with this problem. So of course I asked around because I prefer to hear about others experiences, and potentially see work done before actually paying money to hire someone. A cousin of mine told me her boyfriend had hired Water Damage Restoration Manhattan after he had a similar problem and needed mold remediation. He lives in Hamilton Beach, and so they have a tendency to get some flooding with high tide. He had pictures he had taken prior to the restoration, and so I was able to see the difference before and after the work was done. It looked better than before!
So I figured I’d give them a try. I made a phone call to find out about pricing, and how long it would take to actually get someone out to my place to assess the damage from a professional standpoint. The person who answered the phone was very helpful, and sent someone out the following day. I was very happy with the price given for the mold removal work that had to be done, and even happier after the work was complete. They were helpful, speedy, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them, and return for future work — though I do hope I do not have to deal with mold again.

So the last thing anyone ever wants to come home to is an apartment full of water and a hole in their ceiling. It turned out that my upstairs neighbor had a pipe issue, and I returned home from work one night to my ceiling caved partially in and water dripping down from it. I’m allergic to mold, and immediately panicked because odds are that pipe had been leaking for a while, and i soon found out i was right. There was a pretty ridiculous amount of mold that had built up in my ceiling. I had to get the problem solved relatively quickly, and a google search led me to the wonderful people at Water Damage Restoration!
When i called the company, i was put in touch with one of their technicians, Michael, who worked around my crazy schedule to figure out a good time to come by, and we wound up scheduling something for that same day. Him and his team got my living room nice and dry, and helped restore my ceiling in no time while completely removing the mold., Now it looks as good as new, and you’d never know there was a waterfall in my living room!
I’d recommend these guys to anyone, especially those of you with mold allergies! They were incredibly thorough and put my mind at ease, talked me through everything going on, and were incredibly nice and professional the entire time. Plus, even for a «starving artist» like me, they were very reasonably priced.

Great service, these guys are the real pros when it comes to mold or water damage. Had a flood in my basement recently due to heavy storms. I called them and they were at my place that night. Their team was very efficient and removed all the water that night. they came back the next day to start the cleaning. They handled everything with my insurance and I didn’t have to worry. Very informative and kept me in the loop with all the details.
They used very impressive technology to find and safely remove every inch of hidden mold in our basement and attic. They worked fast and neatly and our home smelled great and felt much healthier when they were done. My Boyfriend and I are sleeping much better now too.

The pipe to the upstairs bedroom bathroom sprung a leak into the basement. At least 75% of the basement was covered in water. I called Water Damage Rest. and theygave me the information I needed along with a fair price. They showed up and got to work quickly. Although a few items were lost because of the flooding, most of the items in the basement were salvaged and the water removed quickly.
They also gave me tips on what to look for/​what to do should this happen again. They were professional, the job was done right and the price I was quoted was the one I paid. When they were done, you wouldn’t have known it happened.

WOW! So, my idiot assistant was trying to clean up my new business, but she forgot to turn off the water. I come into the office the next day and lo and behold, my freakin office is freakin flooded! I could not believe this crap. So in a panic I had to find a place that could come and restore the floors and the walls for an affordable price. MAN I could just strangle her neck. This was my brand new office and how in the heck could you forget to turn off the water… uuuurrfgggghhhh. My grandma’s basement had some serious water damage recently. The sewers backed up or something like that and the whole basement became smelly and moldy and gross. My mom and I called around and we found WD. The person I spoke to was very nice and gave me a decent price quote over the phone and were able to come over on a day I wasn’t working so I stay with my grandma while they worked.
Any who, they came, they cleaned, they got rid of the mold and now the basement looks less like a horror movie and more or less back to normal. The final price was about what they quoted over the phone and my grandma is happy. Thanks WD!

I had the unfortunate experience of a pipe bursting in my apartment when I was gone for the day — when I returned, the apartment was completely flooded and there was pretty significant damage with the floors and the walls. Being completely unfamiliar with how to deal with this situation, I looked at Unilocal and found this company. They showed up very soon after I called, and the team was efficient and knowledgeable about how to deal with the damage. The pricing was reasonable given the level of damage inside, and they gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening again in the future.
I hope that I won’t be in a situation where I need their services again, but if I am, I would absolutely call them again. They made a difficult situation bearable and were great to work with!

My cousin’s property was a disaster; the entire floor was flooded and we thought it was hopeless. These guys seriously saved the day.
They showed up rather quickly with the team ready to go and immediately got to work. They identified the cause of the flood. Apparently the piping was faulty and poorly constructed.

Earlier this week, the basement of our Brooklyn office flooded as a result of an open hydrant. (Gotta love living in NYC.) Our basement was swamped, and some of the wooden storage frames, as well as the base of two walls were completely drenched and ruined. To make it worse, half of our inventory was ruined by the water, as well. We needed someone to save the day … immediately.
So, my boss and I called Water Damage Restoration Manhattan (she’d worked with them previously) mid-​afternoon, and an hour later, they were on their way. They showed up with a small, but efficient team, and immediately set up dryers and began explaining what would need to be done to prevent similar things from happening again. Because it’s a company-​owned building, they were able to thoroughly-​explain the many ways in which the previous walls were constructed incompetently given the location of the building.
Immediately, they developed a plan, while simultaneously working to fix the wooden frames and restore the lower portion of the walls with supports that would prevent it from crumbling again. They were super quick, and very, very transparent. In addition, for the quality of work and assessment provided, their prices were insanely reasonable.
I’d highly recommend this team, especially if you’re in a bind. They’ll get to you ASAP, and clear everything up. I appreciate them.

Highly recommend water damage restoration company in New York. I was also recommend by my grandpa. Our basement flooded in last storm. We worried lot about that. But grandpa saved us by giving a good solution. He called WDRM and gave our address and explained situation in our basement. Their workers came after some hours with their equipment. They said problem will be solved within 3 or 4 hours. We watched all their restoration work in basement. That was exciting. Their team did a fabulous job. Basement cleaned and all bad smell gone. We all happy about their good service. I hope this problem will not happen again. If happened I will definitely call Water Damage Restoration Manhattan.

These guys are some of the best in the business and were able to help me out when many other companies i contacted to help me were unable to either give me a fair quote, or outright refused to work on the water damaged property that I own. One of our roof tiles became damaged from a tree falling onto our house, causing severe rain damage and ruined our wooden floors upstairs and also leaked from the upper story of the house onto the lower level and damaged the wood floors in the kitchen as well. Some of our carpets also became water damaged and I feared that the repair cost to this would be colossal but the team at WDRM were able to get a crew out to my property and were able to take care of most of the damage. Staff was excellent, the workers were very knowledgeable and were able to get the work done without daily. Afterwords, I showed my wife where some of the damage had occurred and she was unable to point out the spots that were previously affected.

This sounds so cheesy, but they really saved me. It started Friday morning leading off my weekend; I wake up go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and see a severely damp roof leaking above the sink. There is nothing more thrilling then a phone call at 2am — from my husband at his warehouse in Brooklyn picking up his truck for route, to have him flipping out about a flood on a shared

along with the right protective clothes as a just in case. For commercial accounts, a Purchase order may be accepted. But there is a small fee for emergencies
The plumber is on his way for a new pipe. But Water Damage Restoration Company
saved the night, the Food, and Monday’s truck routes.

When I was first introduced to my client, she told me she was allergic to everything (chemicals, dust, pollen, etc, and even life itself. She couldn’t understand her why her allergies became worse and why she was constantly sneezing and wheezing. I clean offices and homes for a living.
