I agree with some other reviews here. Dr. Nagi is a great doctor and I definitely recommend her. Unfortunately some of the staff at this office are rude and unprofessional and I leave interactions with them feeling a little worse about myself and the world… But Dr. Nagi is very sweet, smart and professional– overall a great doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nagi for about 6 years. She is an absolute sweetheart and is very nice and really listens to you. I only go this Office because I truly like her as my doctor, HOWEVER I agree with the other Unilocalers. The office is terrible. The other staff never smile and look totally miserable… this is why this review fell short of 5 Stars… however, since this is for Dr. Nagi and not the office, I would giver her 5 stars. The office, 1 star!

I needed a new internist since my new insurance didn’t cover the doc I’d been seeing for 20 years and I’d been having some frustrating health issues. I found Dr. Nagi on ZocDoc last year and have seen her about 5 times in the past year. She’s okay. I like that she takes time to listen to my concerns. She’s thorough. She was supportive of my blending in homeopathic supplements with the meds she prescribed. But her demeanor and attitude is kind of hit and miss. She’s friendly but can seem aloof or dismissive and sometimes rude. I once called her office for what I felt like was an emergency, a crushing migraine that had lasted for weeks that medication had ceased to assuage. I had an MRI scheduled but it wasn’t for a few more weeks. I just wanted to talk to a doctor as I was considering going to the emergency room in the hopes of getting an MRI that day and because the pain was frighteningly impeding my functioning. Couldn’t reach Dr. Nagi but got her partner who scolded me because she felt like it wasn’t an emergency since I wasn’t bleeding. When I was able to come into the office and speak to Dr. Nagi about my issues and this incident, she laughed and gave a half-​hearted apology for her partner. I last saw her a few weeks ago because when I called for a refill on a prescription I’d had for a while, her receptionist gave me the refill but said that I’d have to be seen by the doctor before my next refill. When I came in the office was crowded. She was swamped. I waited over an hour to see her and was running late for work. When I was brought into the examination room and asked why the wait was so long she responded by whining «Yeah, it’s been a bad day! I don’t need to explain it any more!» Then after giving me the new prescription, tried to compensate for my long wait by suggesting that I have my physical. But I was so incensed by her rudeness and so late for work at this point that I had to leave. I won’t be back which makes me a little sad because I did feel like she was a decent doctor but I know there are better.

Dr. Nagi is wonderful, but her office is awful. The people are very rude and unprofessional — they do not pay attention to you and are very difficult to communicate with.
After my initial physical and follow up, unfortunately I will not be coming back. I wish Dr. Nagi would change offices, because I do find her to be quite lovely.

DR Nagi is very nice but the people at the office are rude and nasty and very unprofessional. The Russian secretary does not like to work there and she for sure lets you know it.
the last time I went there I went to pickup a prescription for a sonogram and I heard the nurse ask the secretary «what does she want now».
The office is small and dingy… and it smells.
I am done with this office, I wish DR Nagi will find somewhere else to work.

For a long time my family was looking for a good family doctor and finally we found one. Dr. Nagi is truly an amazing doctor. You will know it from your first visit. She really cares about her patients. Also, we love the office. It’s always clean. All of the staff are very polite and professional.
My family and I are very happy to have found such a wonderful, highly knowledgeable and professional doctor. Thank you very much, Dr. Nagi.
