Todd has been a resident of New York for over 20 years, and has completed several hundred successful transactions in his ten years in the real estate business.

Before starting Manhattan Fine Properties, Todd worked for a number of New York Owners, Landlords, Management Companies and Real Estate Brokerages: Tishman Speyer, Compass Rock, Rose Associates as well as Sotheby’s International Realty. Todd graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Psychology and Business.
