LedianSpace provides receptionists to greet client guests, stunning contemporary décor, informal break areas, fully equipped AV conference rooms, business lounge, café and cappuccino bar, pantry and private bathrooms all designed to allow its members to work in a stress-​free environment and focus on what they do best — their business!

The center’s design aesthetic is clean and modern, with predominantly wood and glass finishes. High ceilings, expansive windows and lighting installations create a bright and relaxed work atmosphere. The current clientele is geared toward IT consultants, venture capitalists, software designers, film production companies, PR and marketing agencies, hedge fund managers and professional and financial services

History

Established in 1999.

Originally based in London, LedianSpace business centers have positioned themselves in the niche «boutique office hotel» style of workplace accommodation.

LedianSpace began with 40,000 square feet of office centers in four locations throughout London; including Sutton, Bedford Row, South Kensington and Watford. Their expansion into the United States began in

November of 2007, with a 5,000 square foot, West 29^th Street location in the Midtown South/​Chelsea area of Manhattan. The company then solidified their New York presence with a ten-​year lease, for a 10,000 square foot business center, located at 373 Park Avenue South, and is currently poised for further expansion throughout the city.

Andy Collecot has an extensive background in real estate, design and executive officing. After initially moving his company from the U.K. to New York, Andy has developed a series of successful office suite locations by creating a unique mix of creative and corporate organizational environments for his clients.
