Established in 2008.

We are a newly established business, but with a combined experience of almost 25 years in the industry! After seeing the healthcare and fitness industries being manipulated by untrue biased information, owner Jacqueline-​Nicole decided to venture on her own to teach others the truth about nutrition and how to achieve a healthy body, mind, and soul that is free from any disease, allergy, or signs of aging.

Owner and operator, Jacqueline-​Nicole is certified in and has extensive experience in the fields of fitness and healthcare. Her education comes from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and Drexel University.

Jacqueline is constantly improving her knowledge of nutrition and fitness by attending continuing education programs and seminars, and prides herself on staying up to date on field related news. Jacqueline loves working with her clients and is excited to meet you!
