Limited High quality selection. There is no a huge collection of random junk here, most of their items are selected specifically for quality, efficiency, and durability.
For example, their newborn snap front shirt is perfect. Snaps over the front so you don’t have to pull over our newborn’s head. Also comes with an attached mitten and snap buttons that stayed buttoned. Yes it is pricier, but you only need a few since the quality is great and the shirts are durable.
You won’t get lost in a sea of junk to sort through. Shopping here is very efficient and enjoyable.

I stopped by Giggle today to purchase a cup holder for my stroller (which I purchased online elsewhere and assembled myself). The sales staff were quick to show me where to find what I was looking for, and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. The sales woman (I think her name was Venus) noticed I had assembled a few things incorrect on my stroller making it unsafe. Not only did she show me what was wrong, but she even fixed it for me. I was so grateful, I will definitely come back here for my future baby needs!

Had a wonderful experience at giggle this week. Steve was welcoming, helpful and generous. Hooked me up with a rain cover when I was in a jam. Thank you, Steve!!!

We visited Giggle for the first time during a special live music event during the holidays. There were egg shakers and bells for the children to play along with the guitarist. My son along with the other children seemingly had free reign of the store playing with the toys on display and in toy bins with warm and friendly staff. Beautiful store with a great selection of toys, clothes and gear for kids. Will definitely be back!

Steve (Store Manager) is amazing! Just had my 1^st child and was clueless about what I needed and he walked me through everything I would need/​want for my little guy and set-​up a registry with me. Because he was so helpful I didn’t even bother registering anywhere else! I will continue to shop with him at Giggle as I need more things since I trust him and want his guidance– I am very indecisive and he was sooo patient with me. Giggle has great gift items too, so I will head there when it’s time to buy friends baby gifts. I highly recommend shopping there!

This store is cute if you want to see baby items in person. It is also overpriced so I would go see the items in person and then purchase them elsewhere. The people who work there are friendly and the bathroom is really nice (as you would expect from a baby store).

I recently used Giggle for my baby registry. They were wonderful! The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful when explaining their products to me and helping me create a registry. The website and app (yes, app!) were easy to use and everything came quickly. Great with exchanges and returns!
My only negative comments: 1.) likely will need to register at a bigger store as well (buybuyBaby, Target,
) for some of the basics) 2. I frequent the store often now and an automatic door would be so helpful for people with strollers since it’s a baby store!

Nice store, nice stuff, but not very welcoming. My family walked into the store around 4pm and there were at least 3 – 4 employees and maybe 2 customers. I even had my son in the Bjorn and not once did we even get a smile from the employees, let alone a ‘Hello’ or an offer for assistance. We were there for about 10 minutes, saw a nice running stroller we were interested in, but no one even thought of helping us find the price… we left and are not planning on visiting the store again.

As a soon to be mom, I love giggle. Their products are chosen with a lot of thought, so you don’t have to look at tons of choices– just a few that are great. Clothes are organic and best of all– they are so helpful! They’ve already shown me how to use my stroller, car seat, carrier and moby wrap with no pressure to buy. Keep up the great customer service!

What a nice little store. My friend was telling me how awesome this store was and I had to see if for myself. Their prices are comparable with
and their sales associates are not pushy in any way. I appreciated that they had cleaning supplies under the changing table because you never know what science experiment is growing on changing tables.

We purchased a glider from Giggle. It was broken and made a loud clicking noise every time it rocks — which started almost a week after it was delivered.
We went back to Giggle to ask them about it and they basically gave us the run-​around within Giggle, finally leading to someone who said that Giggle wasn’t responsible and we had to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer claimed they weren’t familiar with the glider model we called about. So a year later we still have the creaking, broken glider.
Every time I try to post a review about this on the Giggle site, it gets deleted.
So I would recommend that you stay away from Giggle for bigger purchases like strollers, furniture, etc. If something breaks, they will not help you in any way. Horrible customer service.

As an expecting parent, I recently done some research to create a few baby registry. The staff were friendly and informative from answering questions to concerns whether it’s about baby gear or safety products. Giggle is def my top choice. This boutique is absolutely gorgeous! It’s baby shopping made easy for any expecting mom or mothers who are finding unique items for their children. I love the organic Egyptian cotton basic layettes and apparel for newborns. It’s the type of product where you feel good knowing your baby will be super comfy and healthy wearing the material. And the toys and books are just too adorable. Although their selection is small, it really saves you a headache of sorting through a bunch of products for babies. The website is just as useful and easy to navigate and search or purchase an item. I can’t wait til my baby arrives to stock up on additional products from Giggle at this location.

I don’t often go into kid stores but this one was really great. Friendly staff and great products.

So I am at that age where I am buying baby presents fairly often. You know the feeling, you log into facebook and realize one day that most of the status updates are filled with pics of your friend’s kids.
Giggle by me makes it very easy for someone who knows zero about kids to get something thoughtful for your friends who are having them. They are super helpful and service is very friendly. There are other cute stores around for kid gifts, but Giggle is definitely a great go-​to place in the hood.

If you have a baby, or are having a baby, or are in the market for a baby (the legal way, of course), this store is for you. The items they sell there are super unique and perfect for any baby shower. The staff people are super helpful and friendly and are happy to provide recommendations.

I walked into this place because I purchased a deal on Gilt for a gift card and access to the gilt member something. NEVER received any member related anything and recently visited the store, not impressed.
An UWS socialte store, if you’re not part of the yuppie mom club don’t bother with this location. The dwntwn one is a lot more inviting.
All of them have over priced basics and their so called «exclusives» aren’t exclusive at all.
On the plus side the cashier was super sweet.
But I’ll stick to babies r us, albee baby or buybuy baby…

This Giggle location on the Upper West Side is wonderful!
The layout is nice and easy to navigate. The staff is helpful, but not overly intrusive. I stopped in here to find a gift for my friend’s newborn baby. I walked through the store, checking out the adorable baby clothes, toys and books, searching for the perfect present. One sales associate pointed me toward some of their most popular toys. There are so many choices and everything is so cute. I mulled over several different stuffed animals with the crinkly stuff inside (because apparently, babies loooove the crinkly sound) before I settled on a little sun hat and a colorful, crinkly toy for my friend’s baby.
Aside of clothing, toys and books, expectant mothers can come to Giggle for maternity clothing and even to try out various models of strollers. The sales associates will demonstrate how to use the strollers so that you can figure out which stroller fits you best. They have cribs, car seats and bath tubs too. It is pretty much your one stop shop place for babies. One nice thing I noticed was that there is a small area in the back where moms can sit down to nurse or soothe their baby which I’m sure many moms appreciate.
