Don is seriously the best agent in NYC– he knows a great deal about and takes pride in the Harlem area. Not only did he help my wife and I get into a BEAUTIFUL apartment in 3 days, but he also negotiated our monthly rent down! He went above and beyond all the way to the end– gifting us a sweet Bohemia umbrella as a parting memento. I could go on an on, but I’ll spare you. Bottom line: Anyone who is a newbie to the big apple (we were) — rest assured, Don is your guy.
