This store introduced me to the OTHER love my life– my new engagement ring!
Words will not do this store justice. My boyfriend and I spent AGES at various diamond stores throughout New York, and could not seem to find that perfect ring… until we arrived at Diamonds By Siag.
The individuals who work there were BEYOND helpful– explaining what we should look for when purchasing a ring, and showing us various graphs/​tables to further demonstrate any complicated processes they described. They were incredibly amicable, not pushy whatsoever when it came to purchasing a ring there, and genuinely interested in helping us work out every last detail for our engagement ring.
After searching high and low, I can honestly say that NO store compares with the unique/​stunning setting and quality stone we purchased here. I could not be happier and I would highly recommend you stop by if you are looking to purchase a one-​of-​a-​kind ring from trustworthy and artistically gifted sellers.
I highly recommend you ask for Tova or Evelyn– both incredibly great individuals who recognized us upon our return and eagerly took our phone calls whenever we had questions.

Siag has excellent customer service! I purchased my ring there a year ago and Evelyn was extremely informative and helpful. I wanted a modest diamond ring and after shopping around a bit, this was one of the only places that I didn’t feel pressured to get a bigger ring. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped me choose.
Since then, some of the stones fell out a few times. Each time I went in, they fixed the ring immediately at no extra cost and were very apologetic. After a few repairs, they offered to make me a completely new ring. They take pride in their products and customers and wanted to make me happy. The new ring is beautiful.
They are open on Saturdays and Sundays, even when other shops in the district are closed. They are a family run business. Every time I went in they greeted me by my name. Evelyn, Olivia and Tova were all extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

I purchased an engagement ring from this store. I ran into Olivia and she helped me pick out the perfect Stone and Setting she was very helpful, and she went according to my budget needless to say my proposal was beautiful and fiancé loves her ring I will be returning her to purchase the band as well I would definitely recommend this store to everyone !

I wanted to have my stone from my wedding set into something fabulous and different. I went to several stores before getting to Diamonds by Siag. They were wonderful and fun. I was able to find the perfect ring and they had my stone set and an appraisal done all in the same afternoon. I never had to let my stone out of my sight. Thank you Olivia, Al, their daughter and lovely Assistant. The diamond setter was equally cordial. It was a story I will tell my grandchildren.

My wife and I are careful and thorough shoppers. When we sought a wedding ring two years ago, we knew what we wanted (an eternity bank with alternating diamonds and sapphires). We priced it at several places on 47^th Street and at Cartier and Tiffany. The latter were in the $ 14,000 -$ 16,000 range, the former around $ 4500-​$ 7000.
At Siag it was $ 3250. When we took it to be independently appraised for insurance. it was appraised at $ 8000. And that’s without getting into the quality of the work they did, the speed, the warmth, patience and courtesy. Just terrific people.
So recently, my wife saw some diamond earrings at an expensive jewelry store in the Hamptons. They were $ 9500 there. We took several photographs to Siag and boom — they produced the exact earrings for $ 3400. Beautiful. Quality stones.
These are good people. They keep their word. They know their business. They have access to beautiful stones and craftsmen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great people.

Everyone at Diamonds By Siag is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very indecisive and they are patient with me and never make me feel rushed. I recommend them to anyone!

I got my engagement ring from Diamonds by Siag after a 2.5 month battle with Kay Jewelers (don’t ever go there). The person who took care of me (Olivia?) could not have done enough for me and my fiancé (now husband). I wanted a diamond ring with a blue sapphire/​diamond setting and I got exactly what I wanted. They had my ring ready in less than a week and you can’t beat the price. I can’t believe my husband and I ever went to a retail store when we live so close to the Diamond district.
I liked my engagement ring so much I also got my wedding band from Siag. People constantly tell me how much they love it and how it’s different from anything they have ever seen. I can’t wait to go back, it was such a great experience… especially after going through such a terrible one at Kay.

Open on Saturday. Let’s start there!
While the Diamond District goes largely dark on Saturdays, Diamonds by Siag is open — wide open — and even has connections with a stone-​setter from South Korea to make adjustments at a building down the street. Of course, most important is the value, the creativity, the access to great gems, and the price. All A++ at Siag. I went recently with a gorgeous, but old, Victorian setting. The setting has served as engagement ring and wedding band for years, holding a very valuable diamond. But I was tired of it. Mr. Siag (Al) and his lovely team of Tova, Evelyn and Olivia suggested I move the diamond to a lighter, more modern setting and use the Victorian piece to hold a sapphire. Easy. Convenient. Beautiful. And at a great price (I compared their plan with prices at two other jewelers, and Siag was 25 – 30 percent cheaper).
The story doesn’t end there. The sapphire I owned had two small baguettes in its earlier setting, and Siag’s team suggested I use those baguettes as the centerpiece for my first pair of diamond earrings. Brilliant, literally!
No matter what you’re buying — your first diamond or your tenth — you will be well cared for here. All members of the team live by a tight code of ethics. They will never let you leave disappointed. And they’re honest about what looks good, even when they sell a smaller piece. It doesn’t get better than this place. If only the rest of New York worked the same way.
(On the price range rating, not sure what meaning this has when one is spending hundreds or thousands on gems).

My fiancé and I stumbled across Siag when we went to the diamond district to look for engagement rings.
We had originally visited two highly-​rated places on Unilocal and were quite disappointed. One place completely ignored our budget, showing us things that were more than three times the dollar amount even though we were quite clear about what we could spend. So disappointing.
Then, we stumbled across Tova at Siag and were very impressed by the quality and prices they offered. We had a ring made for me – I wanted a rose gold, thin and simple setting that they had in platinum but not rose gold. They said they would make it for us, and promised if we didn’t like it when it was finished, they would fully refund the cost of the ring or exchange it for the amount we paid and we could choose another ring and setting. I thought the salesmanship and the way they stood behind the quality of their product was commendable. We didn’t feel pressured, we were given time to ourselves to talk it over and a month later, I love the ring and am so pleased with our experience.
As someone who is kind of a control freak about money and hates being «sold» on big purchases — it’s such a huge turnoff to deal with someone who’s full of it – I really think Siag was a great fit for us. I will be going back for our wedding rings and recommending them to friends!

My fiancée purchased my engagement ring and wedding rings here. For the engagement ring, he went into the store and stated what he wanted. He told me that he only spent about seven minutes figuring out what he wanted and then a few more minutes to pay for it. He said it was a great experience – plus he dreads shopping. The person who helped him was named Tova, and I met her when I got my ring resized, and she was really nice and patient.
