BUYER BEWARE! Get ready to be disappointed– Do not believe Danny. He sold me 4.5 ctw diamond earrings that were not even close to how he described them. To make it worse Danny does not honor the exchange or refund policy as listed on the website. I’m currently disputing a large charge with my credit card company. He will avoid your calls and not resolve the situation.

My fiancé is an Army Ranger. On his 8^th deployment he proposed and spent his entire deployment pay on what we thought was going to be a beautiful ring. We got it in the mail and the diamond was trash. We called right away and Danny (the rep) said they must have put the «wrong diamond» in the ring! We paid $ 7900.00 for this company to brush us off. That would be like a doctor saying ooppsss I operated on the wrong leg. We gave him the opportunity to fix it and he sends a completely different ring, wrong setting, and the diamond is still extremely flawed. We paid more to have a good diamond. All we wanted was a refund and Danny stopped taking our calls … so this is the next step … warn future customers! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. What they do is criminal.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here and has nothing but wonderful things to say about the whole experience: from picking out the diamonds to the setting to the customer service.
I recently came back to have the ring resized and couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of craftsmanship. We will be coming back for our wedding bands!

We ordered my wedding ring from them. It was eternity band 1ctw. The picture at the website was beautiful. Also I ordered studs. When I ordered the ring over the phone, the owner promised that I will receive my order in 5 days and I will get the certificate of authenticity. When 8 days have passed I gave them a call. They said they were only about to ship my order!!! When ring came I was shocked. It was ugly yellow color, the diamonds were white and not shiny at all!!! Also the studs weren’t there. Only the receipt of purchase! The certificate of authenticity was just a black&white print out page with a number on it!!! The quality of the ring was soooo poor. I called them and asked about missing studs. They told me that they should be in the package… I had to go to NY to return it. The owner took the ring back, but tried to sell me other stuff. At the end of our long conversation he accepted that the ring was of a very poor quality. I lost only $ 10 shipping fee… Very unpleasant experience…
