These guys are AWESOME! In the midst of this crazy snowstorm these guys still have the best customer service and work ethic. While other places are closed or refused to deliver even if it is only within a 2 or 3 block radius RELIABLE BROADwAY BAGELS held me down while I was almost starving from a previous night of clubbing! And f.y.i as a regular customer their food is ALWAYSFRESH!

My to go place for breakfast in the neighborhood.(It’s better than the two diners we have around the area) I have dined in a couple of times with a friend but mostly I order to go. Usually get bacon and egg on a toasted bagel. I just ask them to make the bacon well done because — sometimes it comes out a little under cooked. Their BLT’s are tasty. Their French toast is delicious– again just ask them to make it well done. Sometimes I get a bagel with butter and jelly and that’s also yummy. The service is great and the staff are so friendly. It can get very crowded on weekend mornings. That’s why you want to be specific about how you like your food.(Don’t be afraid to hold up the line) The food is prepared fast. I give this place 4 stars because I’ve been going here since I was a teen. They are clean, the food is good, and service is great.

Best bacon egg and cheese. Got it on an everything bagel.

This place is great. The service is always fast and always extremely friendly and helpful, these guys definitely deserve tips for a job well done. The food is also excellent, always fresh, flavorful and in generous portions for very reasonable prices. This is one of the best little places I’ve been to, I can’t say enough good things about them.

This bagel shop is dirty. The bagels are fresh in the morning. In the afternoon begin to taste stale. The counter helpers can be nicer. Often very curt and not helpful if you have specific details to your order. I had to repeat my order two times and the order was still wrong. If you can keep walking don’t bother going to this dirty dive.

Meh. More cake than bagel and the quest for a good bagel continues. They say they make the bagels on the premises and they are fresh just not anything to write home(or anywhere else) about.

The best place for breakfast or/and a bagel on Broadway! I came here every morning for breakfast. Portion sizes are quite large so you’ll get fried eggs, breakfast potatoes, a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee for only 6 $ with friendly service. Try the ‘everything’ bagel and the fresh orange juice they keep next to the check out.

Taste wise, bagel was ok. 1 star because I found a short black wiry hair in the cream cheese. Also, the iced coffee tasted like sludge. Will not be going back.

Delicious bagels and significantly better prices than some of the nearby competition. Generous portions on spreads, eggs, etc. Nice workers who are efficient and attentive. Some great options aside from bagels as well.

I’ve had 1000 bagels and the one I had today was old and was hard to eat, bad experience won’t be eating here again

A great bagel spot on the upper west. I always get a salt toasted with cream cheese and bacon and it is made perfectly. The staff is fast, effective, and friendly. I had had friends get the whole nine with sandwiches and have never heard a complaint.

This place is the bomb. Bagels are full of flavor and always perfectly toasted, and they have a wide selection of cream cheeses to choose from. Sometimes they overload a bit on the cream cheese but nothing too crazy. This is definitely a bagel joint to seek out on the Upper West. Keep in mind it’s cash only, but they have an ATM on site. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is casual, clean and spacious, with a decent amount of tables scattered throughout. They also offer other sandwiches, everything from a reuben to a gyro.

Excellent service, good sized portions, fair prices and standard Manhattan(Aka amazing) quality of food. Unfortunately the bagels are weak, so that’s where they lost a point. They’re only seeded on one side, pretty doughy, but do have a pleasantly crunchy exterior.

its no secret new yorkers take their bagels seriously i have no shame in keeping a 6pk of lenders in the freezer however always compelled whenever in town to chase a good bagel considering the sunday am bustle in here the stop was justified. get the breakfast special which comes w/a bagel and includes homefries too for only 20 cents more than a breakfast sandwich w/protein option however doesn’t come with cheese most people look at a menu the right way. to decipher what they’re having. the cheapness in me looks for flaws in menus in regards to pricing and base what I’m having off that ie in/out burger is priced less if you go a la carte instead of combo… silly I know. now if only I could apply my impulsive lunch buy anomaly to retirement planning

The bagel was ok, especially considering how little we have good bagel places here in UWS. note: avoid the everything bagel as it was too salty for my taste.

Absolutely delicious lox and cream cheese bagel. Home made beef and barley soup was perfect for the cold weather.

Best bagel shop on the UWS. Lenny’s and Absolute are fine, but they lack the wide selection of Broadway Bagel. Because Broadway Bagel also serves sandwiches, they have cucumbers, bacon, and all kinds of toppings on hand if you wanna add them to your bagel — not just a tomato slice and a few capers like some of these other spots. And they’re very generous with their cream cheese, as it should be!

Love this bagel place. I got the onion bagel with 2 eggs, bacon, and cheese. The atmosphere is very clean, modern and great for getting lunch with friends or catching up on work. The seating is very spacious and the people who work here are very friendly. Bonus is that there is an ATM inside. The sandwich I got wasn’t too heavy on the bagel dough, which I like. The bread was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The bacon also wasn’t overpowering. I’m a small person and heavy breakfast foods generally make me sick, but this sandwich was delicious and just filled my stomach enough. They use real eggs, not from a carton. The cheese in the middle was perfectly melted as I opened up the slices. No, bagel fillings did not fall out of the sandwich as I was eating it. No, I did not get grease drippings all over my hands. A++

This place is way underrated! The bagel sandwiches are delicious, the menu is pretty extensive, there’s a wide selection of cream cheese, and the service is good. The bagels are chewy with a crisp exterior. I always get the bacon and egg sandwich(sans cheese). They never short me on the bacon. It’s a standard breakfast sandwich, but it’s above standard quality. My husband has gotten a few different sandwiches and he’s been happy every time — and that kid knows his sandwiches. If you’re not a bagel person they have plenty other options, too, so this just makes for a nice breakfast spot in the area. In fact, I recommend this over Absolute Bagels!
