Established in 2003.

Tatiana Valerie, founder of Artvesta Studio, is an internationally published, award-​winning photographer specializing in event photography. A Ukrainian native, Tatiana was academically trained in art and photography. Tatiana immigrated to the United States in 2002 and started her photography business in New York City. Tatiana’s work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, InStyle, New York Weddings magazines, Style Me Pretty, and The New York Times.

Photography is a passion that has brought so much inspiration into my life. I had the fortune to capture some breathtaking sights: from majestic blue waters of the Great Barrier Reef to the grandness of the Great Wall of China to the elegance of Eiffel Tower.

During my journey, I discovered that nothing was more emotionally rewarding than photographing people’s most joyous moments. That’s why I love weddings. It is where I capture the moments that represent true beauty in our lives: the loving glimpse of a father as he gives his daughter away or the tears in the eyes of the bride and groom when they take their first kiss as a married couple. Preserving the fairy-​tale magic of your wedding day is the commitment that I make to you, a loving couple.

My mission is to break outdated stereotypes about wedding photographers; I believe that wedding photography should be a beautiful and stress-​free experience for everyone involved.

I first met Tatiana at a wine seminar/​tasting that she was photographing in Feb 2012. I was immediately impressed with the way she worked her way around the event taking photos. When I saw the photos a few days later, I reached out to her to photograph an inaugural black tie alumni event that I was hosting in June of 2012. Since then Tatiana has become the official photographer of our event. We recently held our third annual banquet on May 31, 2014. I have received many compliments on both Tatiana’s photographs and the way she works the event from the attendees. She is always «there», but never «in the way». As the organizer/​host of these events, I appreciate that Tatiana asks me for the «must get» photographs that I want, her ability to record everything I could ask for with her camera, the speed in which she gets me the finished product, and of course the excellent quality of the photographs. This year she even brought a fish-​eye wide angle lens to take group shot of over 120 people.

Words cannot express how happy my family and I were left with Artvesta Studio. Tatiana and her team were absolutely AMAZING!
During the wedding, Tatiana made me and my husband so comfortable and it became instantly easy to pose and be stress free. Overall the pictures were FABULOUS and the video left me, my husband and family overwhelmed with emotion. Everything was done so beautifully that while watching this video we cried, laughed and were left extremely happy.
