RT Clown

I have been a loyal customer of Robin’ for 15 –yrs and planing on so meany more fantastic birthday partys to come .I highly recommend RT clown, Robin and her staff are always worm, friendly and out of way helpfull. When it came time to plan my daughters sweet 16 I couldn’t have asked a more experienced party planner .We were in great hands all the way. Imagine the ohhs ! and ahhs ! As my daughter was presented to her guest on a surf bord along side beautiful professional talented Hawaiian dancers .It was like a seen out of a classic movie .We will never forget that day and we owe it all to Robin in, Thanks Robin the Estrada family loves you .call you soon :-)

My preschool has been using R.T. and her staff for years to bring in children’s performers. This past month, we had an amazing African musician come in and teach us about instruments and songs from Africa as part of our Around the World in Forty Days summer theme. Our kids are still signing them. Thank you R.T. and Andrew G. For the enriching program. Once again, we loved it!

I love RT Clown. We have been using them for years for company parties and in the last few years, my kids birthday parties. Robin is warm and friendly. I am known to call the last minute, and Robin does everything she can to accommodate the type of event we have planned, at the last minute. Thank you Robin and RT Clown staff.

Awful performer, awful service
I used an Elmo character from RT Clown for my son’s 2^nd birthday. The performer spoke and interacted with the kids very little, and after 15 minutes of arriving and being with the kids, he went to our drinks and took two water bottles out. I went over and asked him if everything was ok, and he told me «Elmo feels like he is going to pass out» because it was hot in his costume. The weather was actually pretty cool and breezy. He also told me «it was about 125 degrees inside the costume» which made me feel very bad. He then left the area to drink the water, and when he returned, the «momentum» from the kids was pretty much gone. He tried to play with the kids a little more, but it wasn’t the same, and he didn’t talk very much. Also, he proceeded to pull out games that I had instructed the company I did not want to play, so he didn’t seem to know any information beforehand, and he fumbled around a lot with what to do with the kids. At the end when I walked him out, he even apologized to me for not having a great connection with the kids.
When I called and emailed the company to give them this feedback, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me because they had limited office hours over the Jewish holidays. I never heard back from them. I called again and specifically asked to speak with the owner and spoke with the office manager who didn’t really listen and tried to turn my story around. She said she would pass my message on to Robin (the owner) and she would get back to me after being closed for another Jewish holiday. I never heard back from Robin.
So, in a nutshell, a very unprofessional performer was sent to our party and the company was extremely unprofessional in not getting back to me to address the issues. Shame that they’re in business.

I spoke with this company for the first time ever recently and will not book with them strictly due to Robin’s extreme unprofessionalism on the phone. I called late one day and Robin wasn’t available. I left a message and she still had not returned my call by mid-​afternoon the next day so I called again to follow up. The receptionist who answered the phone remembered me and transferred me right away. When Robin answered the phone she was winded and did not even introduce herself. This is pretty much what she said: «Hello? Let me tell you something. It has been crazy all day because there is really strong interest in filming a reality show with my company and the camera crew has been here since 10am and you know how reality is heightened with reality shows so they were telling me to be bitchier to this guy.»…Excuse me, but you didn’t even introduce yourself, I am a potential new client and you used the word «bitch» with me. I will NEVER book with you. Such unprofessionalism.

This is actually a comment on the 8÷10÷11 W.C. review.
I happened to be the Optimus Prime performer on that day Saturday, August 6^th and to hear this parent describe the event one would think we were at two different parties. In fact her interpretation of the event is both insulting and disconcerting to me as a performer.
I have been an entertainer for almost seven years now; performing at children’s events all over L.A. And Orange Counties. I work every weekend and I am always receiving rave reviews and referrals.
As a performer I pour my heart and soul into every performance.
There are several prime indicators in every children’s event that I always observe to gauge how successful that particular event is going. Are the kid’s enjoying themselves? Are their imaginations engaged? Do they genuinely seem to like the character? On this event I could answer each one of those questions with a resounding Yes! The event even closed with a group hug from all the kids and the mom had to pull them back from following me to my car.

I have been working with R.T.Clown since 2003 when they provided a wide variety of top performers (Magicians, Hula Dancers, and a Bird Show) for the Harvest Festival at my children’s school. The following year our theme was Latin and R.T.Clown sent a troop of mariachis and dancers, it was a huge hit! They can also come though with little notice. A perfect example is when I asked for a magician 48 hours before the event!
Since 2007 R.T.Clown has sent me the most authentic and absolute BEST real bearded santas at Christmas.
I highly recommended them for all your talent need!

I love RT Clown. I’ve been using them for over 16 years. They have made all my childrens parties memoriable. Just used them for my grand daughters 1^st birthday. Tinkerbell was a hit!!! I’ll be back next year.
