ML Macera Construction

This is a long overdue review. We hired Marc to complete a 1.5 bathroom + bedroom + laundry room remodel in our new home. Marc is an extremely honest, hardworking, and hands on licensed contractor. I enjoyed having him on site daily and making sure everything was done and completed to my standards.
He was also very accommodating when we wanted to add some scope to our project and when we changed our minds about placement of toilets, vanities, etc. He really made you feel like it was no trouble at all as he knew we wanted everything to be perfect because it was our home. He gave great advice throughout the project and told us what we should do or not do. Most importantly, he absolutely 100% stuck to his estimate even though some things turned out to be a lot more work than expected. He did not charge us any add-​ons or increase his quote at all.
Long story short, Marc is honest, friendly, easy to talk to, gives great reasonable project advice, hard-​working, and sticks to his pricing!
