Up with e mails and phone calls
to coordinate all aspects of services
Needed that day. Their driver Tony

I live in New York City and used JCS Limo for the first time this week while in LA for work. I was pleasantly surprised on multiple occasions at how JCS Limo went above and beyond to make my experience a good one.
1) When I called to change the time of my reservation the person who took my call was so friendly. I have never called a company, other than Zappos, and received such incredible customer service. She updated my reservation and emailed me my confirmation immediately.
2) I received a text when I landed from my driver alerting me that he had arrived. Usually, when I’m traveling, I have to call to make sure my driver is there and I’m put on hold. That was not the case with JCS Limo. It was great to arrive after a long trip and have such a friendly person meet me at baggage claim to help me with my bags.
3) My driver back to the airport today was equally friendly and professional. He was not only on time, but early which is always nice.
4) I was traveling with 50+ coworkers and we all used JCS Limo for airport pick-​up and drop-​off. For both pick-​up and drop-​off JCS Limo coordinated their fleet seamlessly and didn’t miss one reservation note we gave them. We had people arriving at different times and being able to have them share cars was very cost effective. Every driver knew exactly who they were there to pick-​up and it made it very easy for all of us traveling.
I will definitely be recommending JCS Limo to my friends. I wish they were in New York City!

I work for three demanding bosses who travel very frequently. They expect nothing but top-​notch quality service, and settle for nothing less than perfection. I have been using JCS Limo for over a year now without a single disappointment. They are always on time, extremely friendly, and cost-​effective! Despite the endless last minute changes for pick up/​drop off times, JCS Limo is ALWAYS more than accommodating, and NEVER fails to miss a single thing. My bosses absolutely love the drivers, and refuse to use anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

As a regular Über customer I was skeptical about using JCS Limo. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of making my LAX drop-​off and pick– up reservation. Not only was the sedan that arrived clean and stocked with water, the driver was extremely courteous when helping me with my large bags to and from the airport. I received confirmation emails quickly and was notified when my driver arrived. Since I had to take a red-​eye to New York, it was nice to know that I had a dependable car waiting for me. If you are looking for a highend, reliable car service, JCS Limo has the best rates around. I highly recommend JCS Limo. They have become my go to car service!

I have been organizing events at a large law firm in Los Angeles for 3 years. We recently had 100 attorneys from all across the world fly into Los Angeles for our annual 2 day retreat and holiday party. I relied on JCS Limo for all of our transportation needs. It was quick and easy to make a reservation for our large group and the drivers were courteous and on time for each service that was booked. I would receive a phone call and text message once the drivers had arrived. Each vehicle, from sedan to SUV to charter bus, was clean and stocked with waters our attorneys. I wouldn’t have been able to pull of our events seamlessly if it weren’t for the great transportation provided by JCS Limo!
