Meet the Business Owner

Lolita W.

Business Owner

Lolita has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 10 years. She had the privilege of learning from Clayton Horton, who lead her yoga teacher’s training, as well as many wonderful guest instructors including Rusty Wells, Darren Main, Britt Fohrman and Bhagavan Das. Life took her to Las Vegas, where she completed a certification in Yoga for Golfers with Katherine Roberts, Anitgravity FUNdamentals, Suspension Fitness 1, and Aerial Yoga 1 & 2. In addition, she has attended advanced teacher studies and workshops with a wide variety of master instructors including Judith Hanson Lasater, David Swenson, Rodney Yee, Patricia Walden, Julie Gudmestad, Aadil Palkhivala and Desiree Rumbaugh. She is also a holistic health coach trained through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Lolita is a graduate of UC Berkeley and works in product management. She is excited to find herself back in Southern California, where she grew up, and to continue the next phase of her journey with you.
