best fedex ive been to so far. very useful when im running late or having to print work at late hours. staff is well knowledgable as ive been to fedex’s that dont even know how to scale an image to its correct size or double check upon anything. hoping they dont change their staff!

I was in a massive hurry dealing with a client overseas and while I was in my vehicle on the phone Paul boxed my item up securely and quickly with a smile, as always I rely on Paul and box brothers to box up my hard-​to-​find collectibles that I ship to other countries. Thank you Paul you made my day a lot easier

I just want the staff to know how extremely helpful you all are. I am not familiar with doing office stuff, especially on a PC. They made me feel comfortable with all my silly computer questions. Thank you for your help !

I’m unsure why people give low reviews for this location. The staff is always helpful and the site is open 24 hrs a day. Having a FedEx/​Kinkos in our neighborhood is a very nice amenity especially for small business owners.
I recently had a wonderful experience with Karen. She went above and beyond in assisting me with my presentation. I use this location for all my businesses needs (printing, shipping, marketing, etc.)

Alex was so helpful, nice, and friendly!!! He didn’t judge us for procrastinating on our Holiday shipping and was more than accommodating when we walked in with not one, but twelve — twelve!!! — packages to ship out. And because we were there for so long, of course we also had to buy a couple of last minute items on their shelves and still we received excellent customer service with a smile. How great that this FedEx is open ²⁴⁄₇ also!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a bunch of packages to send out and Alex made the process very easy and efficient.

Package arrived EMPTY. The clerk and I were the only ones who knew what was in the box. POOOF GONE!!! Family heirloom stolen. It is irreplaceable…
Tampered box that know one noticed. Different weight never checked. This was an overnight delivery…
This is outrageous. Fed Ed does not allow you to buy enough insurance.

Look… Here is the truth.
Fed Ex is great. I use this company almost every day.
This location is the best location.
Do yourself a favor and drive right past the Rosecrans office… that location culture blows…

That guy there. He is amazing. .You all know that guy… He is there all the time.
Look up customer service and there is a picture of him… with his glasses off tho.
I go there just to hang out… so I can just get «s%#t done.
Great AC… it is cool in there.
Don’t go in the bathroom… don’t go to any Kinkos for a bathroom… not a good call.
But work. yeah you’ll get work done.

Plenty of parking, and all the printing resources you might want. I had a simple 25 page black & white document which I copied on one of the do-​it-​yourself machines, and the process was easy and intuitive.
Great spot for anything office related which you might need done.

We do a lot of printed mailers for work and this is my go-​to place when I’m in a rush (which is pretty much all the time)! I just bring in my artwork on a flash drive and they set up the job on the spot and I can pick up same day or next day depending on the job size. I’ve never had any problems/​mistakes and I always receive prompt and friendly service. Joe and the Manager (can’t remember his name) are the ones that usually help me and they are both very courteous and friendly. There’s plenty of parking but difficult to get in/​out since all of the entrances lead you on to two very busy streets (Artesia and Sepulveda).

An attendant here, Tim completely ruined my order. I am so frustrated right now. He was so incompetent and took forever to type in my information. Then when he was done he told me the arrival time which was entirely too late. So then he had to do it again! I asked him to what time of day it would arrive and he DIDNT KNOW! It’s literally his job to know. I specifically asked to make my order so that it’d arrive by Tuesday morning and he said he had it set for 10:30am. It already cost $ 480 for it to be there that early, and he did the order twice so he double charged me! I was not convinced he properly cancelled it cause it’s still on my bank statement. WORST PART IS… my package isn’t actually arriving till 8pm. When I’ll already be out of town…

Worst place ever. They either need to hire more people or have people for specific areas. What should have been a 2 minute visit turned into 20 minutes. All to print on one piece of paper.

Basic FedEx office location. Really disgusting bathroom though. You would think because of the location in Manhattan beach it would be clean, but its the exact opposite. It’s filthy! Dirt marks so bad the door looks like it has dark clouds all around it. Sink has all sorts of grime in it. Floor was so wet/​sticky, it looked like someone made a mess or had an accident. Shit was still left on the toilet. On a Wednesday morning at 10:11am, the bathroom should not be this dirty.

This is the best FedEx Office location in the South Bay, for sure. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve had above-​average customer service. And I’m always running around to different FedEx Office locations so I hope I can really emphasize just how awesome the staff is here.
Kudos to Salman for being so attentive and helpful today. You’re a FedEx Office champion.

Came in stressing out about a project I needed to have printed out. He helped me determine which type of paper I wanted to use & allowed for me to rearrange the thumbnails of my project on his computer before he printed it out.
It came out wrong the first time due to my own mistake but I was able to fix it & he printed it again without charging me for the first booklet! Thank you for being so helpful & patient!
Minus 1 star because Fedex Print Shop is expensive compared to independently owned print shops but all the independently owned print shops in the area are closed on Sundays & I needed to have my project printed for the next day so I didn’t have a choice.

As far as this establishment goes as a convenient pick-​up location for Fed Ex parcels, it’s a great place.
It’s open 24 hours. It’s in a safe neighborhood. It has easy parking.
I’m not a fan of most delivery services.
UPS tends to leave parcels out in the open on your doorstep. They often do at most a «doorbell ditch» where they’ll ring your bell and leave the parcel, so by the time you open the door, the parcel is unattended and the driver is in the truck and outta there.
USPS, despite having signs that say «Don’t Leave Parcels Unattended» they do leave parcels unattended, right on top of the mail box, right on top of the door mat or sometimes they’ll attempt to hide the parcel, but once in a while won’t leave a note, so you’ll accidentally find your parcel like an Easter egg or scavenger hunt.
Both UPS and USPS carriers sometimes lack common sense and not only can’t read signs, also leaving parcels unattended, but even when it’s poor weather conditions they leave parcels out exposed to the elements. Argh!!!
With Fed Ex, I’m not sure if their basic service is the same, but so far most of the time I’m left with a door tag that says they’ll return for re-​delivery or I can go online or call to have alternate delivery options.
The option I like best is just having the package held at the FedEx office (here!) where it’s safe and secure, and conveniently accessible. Sure, it’s not front door home delivery, but it’s a good alternative that is safe and convenient for not having to wait around or sign to have the parcel left unattended.
The staff here are friendly and service is spot on when it comes to coming by, going in, and picking up your parcel. If you’re busy and impatient, since this place is 24 hours, I’d recommend you come pick up during odd off hours to avoid any lines. I’ve never had to wait too long, but you never know since this facility also ships out parcels and it’s one line that services all needs.

I come here a lot for faxing and printing, and the staff has always been really friendly! I just wish it was a wee-​bit closer to my house, haha.

This started out badly. I had a very heavy box and pushed open the door, and it did not open the entire way. Built in 1972 the door has very sharp metal edges, and I slammed my finger against the edge. Wouldn’t you think a store that has thousands of packages delivered a day would have a door that opened easily and safely.
The the help waited on someone else before us who arrived after us. No big deal.
The they told me that Fed x regulations require them to put the two little monitors, 22 inch used monitors, in the biggest boxes you have ever seen. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager finally got involved and they scaled it down a little, but the box size would have held a small Volkswagen.
Ridiculous, and my finger still hurts a week later.
Fix your door!

Going to this Fed Ex is a crap shoot. Sometimes the staff is really nice and helpful, other times they can’t be bothered and seem annoyed to be at work.
My last experience, they got my order wrong, and I was on my way to a meeting. The guy just shrugged his shoulders and said what do you want me to do about it. I don’t know… maybe fix it?
Nobody loves going to Fed Ex but definitely they could work on customer service.
