Creative Sound has been providing quality custom A/​V services to clients throughout the Los Angeles area and around the world, as well as many celebrity clients, since 1993. We are an authorized dealer for all major brands, including security. We are also authorized Bang and Olufsen dealer/​installers. We can troubleshoot existing systems and set up a remote control to do everything very easily. If you just moved into a new home and don’t know «what all those wires are for,“call us and we will figure it out for you. We are with you every step of the way, from design through installation. We can design, deliver, and install. On call ²⁴⁄₇ for any problems. Owner Chuck Johnson personally works on every job to ensure customer satisfaction and quality control. We guarantee all of our work and take care of you like the big box companies never could. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

History

Established in 1993.

We did all the audio video installations for bang & olufsen in southern california from san francisco to palm springs to san diego and also internationally from 1993 to 2008 and still servicing those accounts and branching out to include all brands of audio video, lighting, shades and security. We pride ourselves on customer service and many of our customers have been with us since 1993.

I started out in retail electronics and started doing installations for customers that bought equipment in the store. I have always had a passion for good audio video and I still get an adrenaline rush when we turn a major system on for the first time.
