Rude rude rude. Completely unprofessional. The scanner could not read the barcode and he refused to accept it. After I told him about the tracking number on the box that he could type in he basically threw the 3 boxes to the side and said «Fine. You read» I read them… It worked and was entered… and the attitude continued till we … Conversed at a high volume.
Then he tells me he won’t accept them anymore. I left… We’ll see if he ships them. Looking like a continued not great experience with this UPS.
My normal experience is great with other locations and I like that they’re everywhere. This one sucked!

Wide spacious aisles with little wait. Easy parking to the side of the store on Locust Place. Parking is 25 cents for an hour.
