My experience with them started off very rocky. I have several pieces of furniture from Mitchell Gold. I had a tear in a custom couch caused by my dog. I had gone into the store and inquired about its repair. I was told a manager would have to call me to discuss the process. Two weeks went by without any call or contact. I called again and finally got someone to help me. I admit if I could gone elsewhere I would of but I was limited because it had to be customized. I placed my order and they sent me several swatches of fabrics of my couch that I originally ordered but aged them to match exactly. Once I approved the fabric all was sent to the manufacture and 4 weeks later they arrived perfect. Im very happy to have my perfect couch back. Customer service lacks a bit but the quality of the work makes up for it

Wow, I had such high hopes!!! Ordered two sofas, two chairs and a console table.
Console arrived with major crack in bottom shelf– will be replaced. Chair arrived with major crack in base and will need to be replaced. Not the way you want to start off a relationship! Where is the quality control???
