Specialties
BYOB Wine and Art painting classes and parties. You may bring your own beverage and snacks, and be guided through the steps of creating a painting in 2 hours or 3 hours. All art supplies are included! 35.00 for a 2 hr class, and 45.00 per person for a 3 hour class or party. We also offer fine art classes in oil, (water mixable), drawing, watercolor, acrylic and pastel, as well as children’s classes.
In addition we serve delicious gelato from The Hill in St. Louis, and ooffee and cappucino etc.
History
Established in 2012.
Studio Gallo blu means The Blue Rooster Studio in Italian. Being and artist, I love Italy, and have been there several times. I particularly love Tuscany, and roosters! My husband and I decided it would be fun to renovate a space to look like a tuscan café or farmhouse. We have a lovely décor, including authentic italian venetian plaster on the walls, brick and hand painted murals.

Business Owner
Kate is a fine artist, with a degree in Art HIstsory from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. She also has the equivalent of a BFA in FIne Art from The School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Additonally she spent a semester on exchange at The Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island. Kate’s specialty is oil painting, in particular, landscapes. She does many paintings from her travels, which give her great inspiration.
