Suzuki of Manchester

My suzuki was showing engine light related to fuel sensor and I had shown it to couple of places. First one changed the gas cap and said mostly it will be fixed. It did not. I took it to different garage and their diagnostics was to replace sensor. I replaced it by spending $ 200 however the light came back again after ²⁄₃ days.
So Finally I took my car to Suzuki of Manchester since they are Suzuki dealership. Service manager (I dont remember his name but probably his name started with D) welcomed me and fixed it with correct diagnostics. (apparently their are two sensors related to fuel), In my case second was faulty. This job was done couple of years back and till date I do not have any problem. Forgot to write review at that time.

My Suzuki has been a great car and has enough milage to have made it to the moon. My two teen girls learned to drive a stick on it and now my daughter commutes to school and work in it. Suzuki of Manchester has been very professial and more than fair with me over the last 5 years they have serviced my car. Any car over 250,000 miles on it will need repairs but the service guys have done a great job keeping it going. I am confident my daughter is as safe as can be in the Suzuki. If I’ve had any issues following a repair they handled them quickly and professionally. The cost has been fair and reasonable. Last spring the car broke down in front of a local repair shop a mile from where I live so I let them have a look at it. They were up over a thousand for a new water pump. I had the car towed (AAA) to Suzuki and they did the work for almost half the price. No doubt I will be hepling my daughter purcahse a ‘new’ used car in the not to distant future and I can’t say where I will buy the car as that will depend on availability. But I can say that I plan on taking the car to Suzuki of Manchester for any service needs.

Went in to the dealer and was immediately greeted by a great guy named Paul, met the GM of the branch and he was nothing but helpful they put me in the truck I wanted and I got a better price than I had expected! Overall I am going to recommend this dealer to friends family and coworkers! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

Suzuki Manchester is the worst place to ever buy a used car, from my recent experience. And this is my second car so i know what It’s like to deal with a delearship like this.
So far I’ve thrown about 3 to 5 thousand dollars (3 – 5000.00) into constant repairs and mechanical breakdowns. I bought this car, one year ago; 2014. They lied about a lot of things. And coverd up a lot more of other faults. Within 2 months, check engine codes started flashing. I know right? 2 months…
I’ve just spent 700 dollars in recent repairs couple days ago, and expecting about 2000.00 further more before I can even dream of a mechanically competent car.
It’s a shame; a headache you sure don’t need especially being a full time student in a not so strong economy…
Don’t make the mistake I made; I trusted them and they played me like a ball.
You don’t have to believe me. But Research on them before you make a decision.
They have a very horrible trend, from what I’ve noticed as well.
You can tell, I’m a bit upset, forgive me.

My 16 year old daughter found a car that she liked through the Onyx Group. She called and they told her it was at Suzuki of Manchester. I had already tried making an offer to them and the guy came down to $ 10,200. We went down there on Sat May 30^th. She test drove it and made the deal. I told him the AC didn’t work and he said he would fix it. I filled out the credit app, but they were closing so, the finance man said he would do it Monday and we could pick it up Monday night. I called and the rates weren’t good, so ge said I could go to the bank of my choice and he would fax the paperwork. I got the loan approved at the bank, but Suzuki called and told me the AC cost was going to be $ 600 & I needed to pay half. I already had the deal with them and so does my bank. Now they won’t let me have the car unless I pay $ 300.00 more. A 16 yr old is heartbroken. These people are crooks! They told me the car was still under warranty, now they say it isn’t covered. BUYERS BEWARE!

I bought my jeep here a year ago and took it in to get inspected recently. A pleasure as always! Alex did an awesome job with any repairs that needed to be done and kept me up to date on what was going on every step of the way. Work was completed in a timely manner and done very well. I am always going to use Suzuki for my vehicle needs!

After being involved as a victim in a car accident that destroyed my last Mustang, I was still in pain and was under duress to find another vehicle. Where I am a fan of Mustangs, I wanted to get another one… so the hunt began. I am a very leery person when it comes to buying a used vehicle, but I initially felt a good vibe when I purchased my 2002 Mustang GT from this establishment…
Now I know the truth! Avoid this place!
I set up an appointment to test drive the Mustang GT and did so on Black Friday in 2013. Initially I was very happy with the vehicle, and so I asked the salesman about the warranty and service of the vehicle. I was initially informed that the vehicle had a 3 year warranty, so I informed the salesman that I was interested in the Mustang, but there were 2 issues that I noticed, which needed to be addressed by them immediately:
1. The vehicle had racing seats that needed to be replaced with factory seats, mainly because I am in Massachusetts, and in Massachusetts, the front seat belts are required to have shoulder straps, and the racing seats provided none.
2. The brakes squealed a bit, which sounded to me like worn pads or rotors, so I wanted them to be repaired or replaced.
The salesman and manager both assured and promised me that both issues would not be a problem. They even offered to install the factory seats, so I felt confident on my purchase. I made them an offer, and it was accepted. I paid for the vehicle IN FULL right then and there on the spot because I wanted to show the dealership good faith that I wanted this vehicle.
That was my first mistake.
The salesman made a mistake on the warranty, and instead of 3 years, it was actually a 3 months/3,000 miles. I was informed then that it would still cover the vehicle, but that was not entirely true either as I am now being told by their mechanic that the warranty is a power-​train warranty.
After driving the vehicle for a short time, the squealing returned. So I had my personal mechanic look at them, because I wanted a second and trusted opinion. I was informed by them that the rotors were going to have to be replaced soon. In fact, they even showed me the state of the rotors. So, I called the dealership and informed them of my situation. I was scheduled an appointment and I drove back to NH to have the brakes fixed.
The mechanic over at Suzuki, who seemed nice, informed me that brakes were not covered under my warranty, and even though I had only had possession of the vehicle for a short time, because they took weeks to change the racing seats to factory seats, they still considered my possession of the vehicle at 2 months. They of course, kept the racing seats that they themselves valued at $ 1,400.00.
Although I informed the mechanic that the rotors looked worn, he stated that they were fine and had them cleaned. He also replaced the pads. I then informed him of the other problem with my vehicle: The seat belts barely retracted, so that when someone wore them [which is law in Massachusetts], I would have to physically retract them myself by hand. This was something that I was not informed of or made aware by anyone when I picked up the vehicle, yet I was adamant about when I purchased the vehicle.
So now the brakes are supposedly fixed and I am now being told by the mechanic that I have to pay for replacement seat belts which should have been working properly when the seats were changed by the dealership. So I order the seat belts anyway, mainly because I do not like the idea of having to roll up seat belts every time someone rides in my car…
Flash forward 4 DAYS LATER and my brakes are squealing once again! This time, louder even than ever! So now I decide to take my car to my mechanic again who informs me that the dealership placed new pads on bad rotors, and because of this, the calipers are now locking up, thus causing friction and discoloration to my rotors, as well as a burning smell to omit from driving that can be smelled inside of the car while I am driving it. Not to mention the fuel consumption it has cost me because the car is now literally playing tug-​of-​war with the brake system every time I use the accelerator!
So now I have had it! I informed my mechanic to please fix the brakes once and for all, because it is clear now that the dealership is going to penny-​pinch with a customer who pays for a car IN FULL, and not take responsibility for items that were pointed out before purchase, and promised by them to be fixed before I picked up the car! Needless to say, the brakes [new rotors, calipers, and pads] on all 4 wheels just set me back over $ 1,200.00…
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE !!!

I found Suzuki of Manchester though a google search after looking locally for a good used car. I browsed their website and found a couple vehicles I was interested in. I emailed over a info request and was contacted though email by Aaron the Internet manager. He was very good about going back and fourth though email with questions I had. Most car dealerships won’t tell you much untill you go down there in person and for me that is a deal breaker right away. In this day and age you need to be be able to make a sale though the interent or you won’t be in business very long. Long story short this was a unusual car buying experience in terms of how good it was. It was a painless process and I was driving away in the new car in less then a hour from start to finish. No hard selling here and not pushy at all with all the extras most dealers try to sell you. And the car actually came serviced! Not just a oil change but it had new pads and rotors and tires. Most places say they service the cars but I have really never seen anything more then a oil change done on any used car I have purchased.
Over all a excellent experience and would go back in a second to buy another vehicle.
