The salesmen are liars, and will ram it in your tailpipe. My husband took my 20-​yr-​old son in on a Saturday. He wanted a 2013 CivicSI from the lot. They up-​sold him to a 2014 for $ 3,000 more, telling him they had run his credit and that his payment would be $ 330-​$ 350/​mo. They were pushy, putting a salesperson on each side of my son, and arguing with my husband that «smart people» always finance their cars for 84 months. (Remember this is a used car. We wanted 60 month financing.) My son agreed to the car for $ 350/​mo for 84 months, bringing the amount paid for a $ 20K car to $ 29,400. Of course, they didn’t tell us this number. When it was time to execute the paperwork, they said he’d have to come back Monday because they didn’t yet have the title on this car. He told them that made him uneasy because he had to leave Wed for work in FL (he’s a professional BMX rider), and would need a car. They assured him the paperwork was all ready, and he would be driving away with it Monday. Monday turned into Wednesday, and when they called to tell him he could pick it up, they said his payment was actually going to be $ 450/​mo (now bringing the price of the $ 20K used Honda Civic to $ 37,800). When we complained that he’d been shammed and strung along, they had no explanation except «we THOUGHT we could do it for $ 350». My son had to buy a $ 450 plane ticket, and pay an extra $ 50 to get his bike there, to make it to work on time, and has no car. They will say whatever is necessary to get the sale.

Go to another dealer — they will try to do a bait and switch. Sales manager is unsavory and tries to use intimidation as a means to «bully» a person into a sale. Seriously, there are MANY other car dealers out there — this is NOT worth it and they are likely lying about the car.

Good service experience; typically doesn’t take all day for oil changes and things like that. Decent waiting room. And who doesn’t love free hot beverages! However, do your research and haggle the hell out when purchasing a car from them. I was literally lied to when it came to the final numbers and the APR. The sales person had mentioned one FINAL quote and the banker/​finance person had completely different numbers, a difference the immensity of which I hadn’t noticed outright from the hype/​excitement of getting a new car (yes, that’s on me). In addition, bogus charges and maintenance packages were added without proper (if any) disclosure. Rubbery stuff by the door frames that cost $ 60 or less online (+ *free* tire rotations) were added as a package that cost me thousands of dollars. Seriously, I later called and asked and the rep. on the phone nervously responded «yeah… those are the only things in the package.: /​«. It felt too much of a mess to return the car (especially because it’s a good ride) and look around for another deal while I get myself a rental, so I didn’t return it. But please, save your hard-​earned money and go to a place where people are nice for the right reasons.

These guys are sharks waiting to sink their teeth into anyone they feel they can screw. They sold me a car that had no window sticker, which in any case is VERY illegal, and bumped the price of the vehicle up an extra $ 1500 due to a «market adjustment.» They gave me a hard time when I tried to cancel services I had purchased and didn’t give me a complete refund. The car’s alignment was completely out of whack and it took them 2 hours to finally fix it cause they couldn’t get it right the fist time? Completely shady business. I don’t recommend going here. You guys deserve no stars but unfortunately it isn’t possible.

Literally lowest pieces of scum on the earth, don’t ever buy a car from these people. They’ll double talk you into buying a car then rush you through the paperwork to rush you out the door. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic used from them, come to find out, they wiped all the codes from my car so now idk why my car keeps dying when my battery and alternator is fine, and my left side door is a replacement that rattles because it was in an accident before I bought the vehicle. Ran my credit 7 times and didn’t tell me, horribly dropping my credit score. These people are horrible and don’t deserve anyone’s business. And then when I call them to complain respectfully and ask for either money for MY personally mechanic to fix these issues «well call you back» every single time and I never hear from them. Horrible people. And horrible excuses for sales people.

Don’t trust service department to do quality work and recommend looking over the car well before buying it

I will never go back here again! I went in December to trade in my 06 Monte Carlo because I wanted something a little smaller. The salesman offered me $ 50 for it and I was livid because the car was in great shape. I talked with another salesman and test drove a Chevy Sonic which I thought was nice, so we were able to make a deal. The next day, the «Check Engine» light came on, so I had to bring it back. They were balking on what was covered under the warranty so I told them I wanted my Monte Carlo back since I was within the 72 hour window. A manager talked to me and they fixed the Sonic for nothing and got me a rental car.
About three weeks later I bring the car in because it smelled like oil inside the cabin. They had to send it out to a Chevy dealer, and got me a rental again.
I get the car back again, drive it for about 2 months and the service light comes on. I took it in, got the oil changed, alignment, and rear brakes cleaned. The next day, the «check engine» light comes on… again! I had a fit. I called them, spoke to some woman on the phone and said I hated the car and wanted to trade it in. I had looked at another car on-​line and she said for me to come in and they would talk with me. Turned out the car I had looked at was at the dealership in Haverhill, MA and they didn’t have the car on their lot!
They treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, and tried to make me feel like somehow it was my fault the engine light kept coming on. I ended up trading in the Sonic at a different dealer and getting a car I love.
Just say NO to AutoFair!

If I were able to rate this dealership one star I would. I will NEVER again purchase a car from this dealership, nor will I be recommending them. I have had so many issues with the paint job for my 2010 Honda Civic its disgusting. I began having problems with the paint crows feeting and cracking and also with the paint becoming sun spotted and even rusting in certain areas a little more than a year after purchasing the car. At first they seemed like they were willing to work with me, telling me to come in and they would have a look at it because certain parts of the vehicle were under warranty due to a recall on the black, blue and I believe dark gray Civics. I ended up having to pay close to $ 300 for a rental car while they «fixed» mine because Honda won’t supply their customers with one because apparently that’s just too much to ask. I got my car back and not even a month later I began having the same problems, they told me it was road damage! Really??? In two weeks time? This company does not work with you and you will find yourself having to make trips to the dealership regularly for things you wouldn’t even experience with a decade old car! Now in certain areas the paint seems to be peeling away, I guess this is caused by road damage too! My roof started to leak, I constantly have lights showing up on my dash, etc. nothing but problems with this car since I purchased it! I once owned a 2009 Honda at a different location and did not experience any of these problems whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money going to this facility, it is NOT WORTH IT!!!

Beware of the service department and their bogus «EPA disposal» and «shop supplies» fees. They’re not on the original estimate and add up pretty quick.

They will take every opportunity possible to take advantage of anyone that walks in the door. I’m very disappointed. I felt very bullied and will not ever go back. I ended up buying my car at Infinity of Nashua.

I price shopped online.
I knew precisely what I wanted.
I saw a couple of my preferred vehicles on their lot.
I had ZERO intention of trading in a vehicle on it, as I know from past experience that dealers lowball with Blue book rather than NANDA price and use that to make up on your ‘deal’. This is not my first rodeo. Nice try. I can work on my own vehicles, and know my way around vehicles since I was a kid.
I found they were condenscending, and used fast double talk to try and railroad you for a sale. Their vehicles smelled like a raunchy hotel room. I was nauseated by the first two I tried. UGH, I wonder what was growing in the rag they wiped them out with. I also question if they pack bearings because I heard grinding. When I asked, they did not give me a straight answer. I felt the sales people were laughing above my head, and quite juvenile in humor. I also found the sales staff to be nice right until they ask if «is your husband on his way» or even better when I stated I was going to simply look today I got the high urgency, impulse buy stereotypical crap.
Never again. I went to Bourneville and bought a wonderful vehicle, but I have to say I miss Talaricos. I bought 3 new vehicles from Steve… and miss him.

I bought my first Honda here and was supper happy and then I got into an accident I needed a new car and they completely took advantage of me using my situation to make me pay more. NEVER EVER buy from them. They don’t fix anything sold me a car with something wrong with it and when I took it back they told me i had to pay for it less than one month later! Not to mention that the sales people are rude.

If you are buying a used car here watch out for the financial department. When you walk into the office to sign papers they will make you sign up for everything they have to offer. They will sell you life insurance and service plans as well as warranty plans that you don’t want. When you tell them you don’t want these they will tell you it is the only way they can work out a deal for you. These can add up and cause problems when you need or want to trade in your car. If you look at the paperwork there is a notation on the bottom that says you don’t need to sign up for these extra items to get a loan. They will get a manager in there and tell you again that this is the only way you can buy a car and try and smooth it over but in actuality they are running a scam on you.

This was my first brand new car purchase. I was determined to pay under invoice. I live in Gilford NH…
I ended up test driving an XLE Camry and compared it to the accord EX-​L. I really liked the accord much better, all features considered. I decided I was going with the accord. If all things are equal, I always go with the closest dealer. It’s when one offers a better price that I’m willing to drive for it.
I shopped prices on an accord ex-​l at all three of these Honda dealers– Grappone (Concord– 35 minutes from my house), Autofair (Manchester– one hour from my home) and Peters Honda (Nashua– an hour and ten minutes from home). Invoice on the car at all of them was $ 26,399 + roughly $ 395 for fees.
Via email I was quoted $ 25,684 through Autofair (the best of everyone). Grappone was at $ 26,399 (invoice). They said their price firm. They did an autotrader assessment on my trade and offered me $ 1,310 for my car. That was a cash or trade offer.
Autofair played stupid with me when I first got there and told me they didn’t have any more ex-l’s left at the «special» pricing of $ 25,684. My sales person (Nicole) said they had sold them all. As that special «under invoice price» was a promo that Honda was offering them only through the end of August (it was Sept 2^nd). So they told me since they ran out of them what they’d do is offer me a 2014 ex-​l at invoice– 26,399. It was a year newer… so I listened to the offer. But in actually it did end up being a 2013 they offered me at that price– 26,399…they simply didn’t want to honor the price they gave me through an anonymous email I was using. They actually made me show them the email offer I received from them at 25,684 because they didn’t believe it was real. lol. Anyways, after test driving the car I thought was a ’14 Nicole showed me they had assessed my trade and were going to give me $ 500 for it. I more or less tried not to laughed at it.
I told Nicole it was a deal breaker. She went and got her manager. He told me that was all it was worth. He went up to $ 750, then $ 1000 and eventually came up to $ 1500 on my trade right before I walked out. If he would have offered me that to start with there’s a decent chance he would have sold me the car, after all, I didn’t realize it was a ’13. It wasn’t until I left that I noticed the paper work said it was a ’13. I told him I was probably going to try to sell my car private sale and see if I could get $ 2k-2,500 for it. He then proceed to tell me that it was fall, everyone is buying SUV’s and no one was buying cars. But then I asked him how it was they sold all their ’13 ex-​l accords in the last few days at their «promo» price if «no one» was buying cars… he had no reply. I also told him I was buying a car… shocker, he didn’t have an answer for me. After realizing I wasn’t going to take their deal, he proceeded to tell me my car wasn’t worth anything and he wouldn’t pay anything for it… he was a real gem. I almost asked for another manager to bitch about the guy, but decided I was better off just leaving.
The next day (today) I went down to Nashua to Peter’s Honda. Right when I got off the highway in Nashua I got a call from an internet sales person from Autoserv named Francine. She was very friendly and asked me how my experience was last night. I gave her my honest assessment, including the colorful manager. I told her I felt like they used a bait and switch on me telling me I was getting a ’14 when in actuality it was a ’13 they were selling me. She seemed genuinely apologetic and thought it was an accident on their part. I was up front with her and told her I was going to Peter’s and was going to buy if they offered me what they said they were offering me (under invoice) through email… as long as they gave me a decent deal on my trade. She asked me to give them a chance to beat Peter’s price. But at that point, they had already lost my business .
I went to Peters this afternoon (Sept 3^rd). I showed em the email they sent me from the anonymous email I sent them of their quoted of $ 25,799 ($ 600 under invoice). I told them I wanted their very best trade offer for my car up front. I told em if they stood by their $ 25,799 price and gave me what I knew my trade was worth with their first offer, I would leave with the new car. They sold it to me for $ 25,799 and gave me $ 1,500 for my trade.
I could have gone with the 1.9 interest rate but went with 2.44% to get it to 72 months since I decided to add some extended warranty stuff.
Autofair attempts to market themselves as the upfront lowest price with no hassles. I got anything but that. They do not honor the price they tell you and then they low ball you on your trade. Oh yeah, did I mentioned the bait and switch? Save your time and don’t shop this place. I’ll likely never shop them again. However, I will certainly shop Grappone, Irwin (test drove a Camry their too) or Peter’s Honda for my next purchase.

We’ve had our Accord serviced here and the service on that has been fine. Our displeasure is with the Sales Department. We received a call that they had an aggressive trade in offer for our call. When we returned the call no one knew what we were talking about. When we went in to see what they might offer on the Accord on trade in for an Odyssey, they brought us a used one that smelled like cigarette smoke and vomit. That’s an excellent way to treat a prospective buyer. We went next door to Nissan and bought a Quest. Good job Autofair! Keep it up!

Was looking to buy a brand new economy car. Went in and said I have X dollars to spend, cash. I literally went to the bank early that morning and took out in $ 100s the most I could afford to spend. When I was met with the sales guy, I said to him, «Please don’t waste my time. I would like to look at your lowest cost new cars, but only if I could get one for this much.» I showed him the envelope and explained the firm nature of what I was saying. Oh, he said that I’d definitely be able to purchase something new for that. I learned at the time (This was March 2010) that the sales guy we got had been there for all of two months, I learned this because he told us it, but it was still ridiculous. We waited for 90 minutes while he ran my credit, and did all sorts of mysterious tasks while we sat around. Mind you, I told him I would not be seeking a line of credit. When we went for a test drive I said, «I’m sure you have a certain route you’re told to take customers on, but I don’t want to go for long.» He said he would get in trouble if we didn’t go the long route. I asked again and he again said I could not test drive unless I would take it for the established route. That was followed by the 90 minute wait. And that was ultimately followed by the guy telling me that the lowest cost car they had on the lot would be $ 4000 more than what I said I was able to pay. Long story short? That is the kind of BS that gives all dealerships a bad name. Three hours of my day, when I arrived holding an envelope of cash and explaining my limitations. «Thanks» for that. I tell anyone who asks to stay clear of Autofair as a rule. I have had negative experiences with Autofair Ford as a customer, and Autofair Honda as a potential customer.

This is a fact. I had posted a review, my daughter received a telephone call to have me remove the review or «we» would be sued for slander. In my opinion, I don’t believe this is a very professional organization.

I would NEVER buy a used car here after getting put through their gauntlet of pain. After giving them my keys so they could evaluate my car, I was seated with some Chinese guy with a heavy accent. Then after a short haggle and told that Honda’s are such great cars and teenagers love them, the price is basically not negotiable. Their prices were well above Blue Book, so not good.
They made a ridiculous offer for my car, so the deal was off for me. Then I ask for my keys back. This is where it got scary. I was told they did not know where my keys were and called in another guy to re-​haggle the deal. So I literally get up and have to search for my car on my own with a salesman tagging along trying to work a deal, not caring at all that I want my car.
No integrity, no professionalism.
