Yet another newcomer on the cramped-kitchen-y store scene, the arrogantly named«Le Gourmet Chef» has arrived. Sure, we already have Sur La Table(do people buy more kitche crap from a store with an arrogant French name?) and Williams Sonoma, but what’s one more kitchen store going to hurt? Really, it’s only the name I don’t like. It reminds me of that South Park episode where Randy is flipping out about«Crème Fraiche», etc. So where was I? OH yah — this is another one of those stores that sell kitchen crap in numerous cramped isles. I still like it. I am a half-decent cook in my own right, and I do like browsing places like this for something for me or for gifts. They sell a decent amount of attachments for the Kitchen-Aid blender here, which won’t mean much to you if you are not married. The saleswoman there helped me find something specific I was looking for, and overall it’s a fine store to check out for kitchen stuff.
Just A.

Imagine if Kitchen Etc & Stonewall Kitchen had a baby… That has nothing to do with this store, but is just interesting to think about. This store is crowded with interesting kitchen gadgets. Most of which you don’t need, but just love to play with. The various dips & sauces all have available samples. If by available you mean the dregs of a container that has been open for 14 hours. But a store shouldn’t be judged by their samples alone. For practical kitchenware, forget about it. But if you are looking for the unusual gadget, swing on by.
