The ETG Signature Salad — Grilled chicken, red grapes, Granny Smith apples, red onion, toasted walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese and homemade cornbread croutons over a bed of mixed greens with a side of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
History
Established in 1991.
Extra Touch Gourmet began as a gourmet gift basket company named «That Extra Touch» which Debbi McLain operated out of her home. In 1991, she moved her gift basket company to Bedford Square where she remained for 5 years.
Needing more space, Debbi moved her business into «The Little White House» on Ridgewood Road and expanded into a café serving wholesome homemade soups, hearty salads and sandwiches.
In the Fall of 2009, Extra Touch Gourmet Café moved into its current location next to the New Hampshire Neurospine Institute in Bedford, NH. The café serves a full lunch and dinner to eat in or take home. Wine and beer are now available to enjoy in the café or on the outdoor patio built in 2012. Specialty foods, wines and gift baskets are available for purchase in the marketplace. Extended hours and a full service dinner menu for Thursday — Saturday evenings will be released by August 1st, 2012.
