I found FiveStar through Unilocal over 2 years ago and have not been disappointed. My wife and I take both of our 10 year old cars here, an Acura and a Toyota. They have been very accommodating if we needed to get in on short notice. Contrary to another review I have seen, their prices are very reasonable and the work has always been completed on time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Be wary… this is one of those places that quotes you one price but then charges you another. Also, they told me that my alignment would take 1 hour, but it actually took closer to 2 hours. When I went to the counter to ask about why it was taking so long, I was responded rudely about my car being «difficult.» They also refused my coupon (which was the only reason I went there in the first place) without any real explanation, just some gibberish about «policies». The man I dealt with (won’t name names) was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to lack complete sense about what customer service means. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was simply informed he was «out,» and not given any information about how or when to reach him. I left feeling frustrated, overcharged for what should have been a simple repair, and having spent way more time than I anticipated. Use caution if choosing this place, there are far better options around.

Needed a 4 wheel alignment on my 2008 Civic. For $ 79.99 (actually half that with the Half Off NH coupon) they did the work at my appointed time with a read out of before and after readings. Then Rich answered all my questions and I left with a 6 month warranty on the job. They have a nice clean facility, are courteous and professional, and have free K-​cup coffee if you need to wait. I have a $ 20 credit from my coupon and I look forward to having them service my vehicle again.

They’re honest, professional, courteous, competent, timely and affordable. There isn’t a single thing I can think of to complain about. I found them from the Car Talk website listing of recommended shops, and they’ve consistently earned their good name.
Simply put: If every other auto-​service center was even half as good as Five Star, no one would ever worry about getting hosed over car maintenance.

I have no doubt that Rick and his team take the best care of my car for tune ups, diagnostic and for regular maintence. Always friendly and helpful service done quickly and right at a fair price. If you want work done on your car right the first time, you must visit Five Star Servicenter!
