Dunkin’ Donuts

I went there last night after working out as I was really craving one of their coffees. It’s the only one on my way home without really going out of my way. I passed by at 10:45pm and picked up something for my friend at the McDonald’s next door and got to DD by 10:50pm go in the drive thru sit and sit and sit and sit then I roll my car back and forth thinking there is a sensor then I just decide to call them to see if they are even open. Even though there is a car there and the lights are on inside and at the drive thru window. I call and some girl (name I won’t say) picks up all cheery saying dunkin dounuts on 2^nd street how may I help you. And I’m like oh well I kinda expected that to come out of the speaker that I’m sitting at currently in your drive through but. And then you said you are closed and you close at 11:00pm and then I said yes but i have been waiting here for 5mins and its still not even 11pm. And then you said you had to close early as you were behind on cleaning pots and pans… and then I was like seriously. Ok I may have sounded a bit rude but I was annoyed it was late and it was just supposed to be a quick stop. drive thrus are made for convenience I could have easily gone to hannafords down the street however by waiting for you to do your job as long as I did they would be closed. Point is. You are a fast food drive through that sells coffee on a main street in Manchester why the heck would you close 10mins early? For being someone that works in a similar industry .
For being in a prime location to sell a popularly consumed item you have to close exactly at 11pm. It’s your job.

This review is for the Dunkins on South Main in Manchester ONLY! The only reason I’ve come here is because it’s closest for me, but it’s actually worth going out of my way to another. The coffee doesn’t taste burnt anymore at least (which it always did for years), but the drive-​thru staff is normally just awful. Not friendly and they NEVER repeat your order back to you, so 95% of the time, it’s wrong. Also it’s painfully slow and they are never friendly. Other DD’s are so much better with friendly staff and accurate orders.

8:30 AM and they’re out of their Pretzel Rolls? Guess who is NOT coming back for lunch and their new Pretzel Roll Roast Beef sandwich?
You shouldn’t run out of ANYTHING at 8:30 in the morning dudes.

Maybe I’m a purest, but shouldn’t there actually be jelly in the jelly munchkins? Lame.
