I was able to make an appointment quickly, the receptionist was very nice, but that was the end of the niceties. The dental technician was quite rude and the dentist looked at me for about 4 minutes before telling me I needed to see a periodontist and walked out. During this scant discussion, he also told me all my teeth would eventually fall out. Now, I take decent care of my teeth, and I’m under the age of 35, so for the dentist to say that was more than a little shock. Thankfully, I re-​grouped and went to a competent dentist today.
Bedside manner is something we take for granted these days, but this was beyond terrible. Unless you have no where else to go, I would not go to this dentist. It was a waste of time and hopefully won’t be a horrible insurance issue, but we’ll see.
