My breakfast burrito was still partially frozen… Are you freaking serious!?! I’m calling the health Dept. Ridiculous,

Still good burgers but I deducted stars for the baked potato I had. Potato was ok but it came with dehydrated chives, sour cream and a «Buttery Spread». The spread had no butter in its ingredient list and had a bitter aftertaste. The sour cream tasted watery. I have never experienced that before. Basically, it was awful.

This Wendy’s has been great! Good food, good service. I can’t speak for the inside dining experience as I normally use the drive thru. They have never given me an incomplete order and every employee I have met speaks English. They also support our troops and offer a great military discount! Keep up the good work!

Terrible service. charged me more than the posted menu price and would not explain why. I didn’t have time to wait so I asked if there were french fries ready. the woman assured me there were but she was clearly not telling the truth I had to wait for another batch of french fries to be done. the chili I got was not hot it was at best room temperature. They did not give me hot sauce or crackers or a spoon to go with the chili

Food is as expected for fast food — something to eat if you’re pressed for time. Terrible service, though. Had the screen on the drive-thru show me I owed one amount, was asked to pay another. Tried to talk to the woman at the window and she just kept telling me I owed a different amount. Made no attempt to fix the situation. The girl at the second window tossed my food at me and walked away. May have to find a new go-to if this is the standard for them.

Very low quality. I do like Wendy’s but this location needs major help and training. I got a triple cheeseburger which for a moment thought had no toppings; it actually had a very sad sample of them. The burger looked like it was prepared by an untrained 6 year old, soggy flattened bread, not properly wrapped so falling apart, 3 fused together dried patties with something yellow that resembled microwaved cheese, a sample 1.5″ diameter old tomato slice, a 1.5″ skinny ring of onion and a sad bite of lettuce core, the mustard and mayonnaise were right so I don’t feel so bad about being forced to give them 1 star. The restroom had no soap, was dirty and the toilet had a wet floor sign in front of it but was still open for use, I won’t described the contents in case you’re getting ready to go out to eat.

No one spoke or understood English and even with four employees trying to figure it out, no one could handle our complicated order of four Frostys. Mid day drive thru was wrapped around the building as each car received the same great service.

The food at Wendy’s is not generally my favorite by I went here one time and was not pleased. I couldn’t understand what they were saying so of course my order was messed up and did not realize until I was down the road. No bueno

I love it when some shit head teenager hands me a tea(which is all I ordered) that is dripping all over the cup, my car, and myself and then stands in the window laughing at the fact that it’s spilling everywhere. I should have thrown the cup back in the window. If you’re going to hire children… get a person in there that can manage them.

Slow service and dead roaches in the bathroom. The food is pretty standard but the lettuce could of been cut up more in the salad. The people behind us actually left because no one would take their order despite ½ a dozen people talking to each other behind the counter.

After two days in the back country with camp food, Wendy’s was delicious. It was scrumptious and appreciated and welcomed by me. I had the Jr. bacon cheeseburger meal, size medium. Medium fries and soft drink is a lot for a person, even for someone who only had ramen and mac and cheese and trail mix for two days.

Wow! This was a terrible visit. Was in there on a Saturday afternoon and was disappointed. For starters it was not that crowded in there and the service sucked. Long wait at the counter and we were the only ones in line. Then my order was wrong but I was not about to go up to get it fixed after the wait to order. My chicken sandwich was suppose to be spicy and it was regular. My chili, which I love from Wendy’s, was extremely runny. Stopped in the rest rooms and it was NASTY! There was a dirty diaper on the floor, lack of toilet paper and sinks were a mess. I was so happy to get out of there. Got a survey on the back of my receipt, they are so not going to be happy when I am done.

Finally — a return to a Wendy’s to re-sample the Baconator! Bacon! I smell Bacon! Bacon! Bacon! Bacon! This time — the Baconator was truly delish for a fast food burger and lived up to it’s hype. I ordered the combo with a medium Diet Coke. Two thick burger patties — cooked perfectly, cheese melted just right, and sufficient quantities of savory, tasty bacon — not splintered into little pieces, but large pieces cooked just right! The fries were also crisp, hot, lightly salted, also just perfect! Now if someone would come up with a fast food breakfast sandwich called«The Sausagenator» — everything would be glorious!
