McDonald’s

Couldn’t put zero, started with cold fries and my son saying his chicken seemed over cooked. Then my wife said «I think they gave me a burger» which was really a piece of chicken so shrunken the chicken inside was half gone and the crispy part looked like hamburger meat, I tried spit it out a deal through it away. 1^st time here in over a year just because of bad service well looks like never again.

Absolutely the worse McDonald’s in America
Night staff is horrible and clueless
Always out of ice cream at night– no sign up
They also charge incorrectly often
Day shift staff is really sharp and fast

I was thinking who really takes the time to right a Unilocal review on McDonalds. Surprise me. Went through the drive through and waited 12 min at the window only for my French Fries to be forgotten, than I got home with my daughters cinnamelts and they were hard rocks. I wouldn’t write this review if this was the first time but at this point I give up this location is the worst I have ever been to.
On a side note I have to give credit where credit is due, I called and spoke to Nicole who was very kind and accommodating.

Was at this location this morning around 3am. I ordered two McDouble’s and I have to say they were the NASTIEST things I’ve ever put in my mouth.
First the buns were burned to a crisp to the point they were black. The burgers had been sitting for hours and were hard as briquettes. There had to be a quarter pound of onions on each, but no ketchup/​mustard and both had been smashed like grilled cheese sandwiches found at a roadside diner.
Had it not been for the fact that I didn’t notice any of this until I got all the way home, I’d have had a conversation with the employees about it. As it was, I almost drove back there with that specific purpose.
I’m not sure who the manager is, but this cannot be the first (or last) time this has happened. I only made it couple of bites into one of the burgers and threw them away, going to bed hungry, which was what stopping was supposed to avoid!
I know I plan to take this complaint to corporate, because this makes no sense at all. I mean how do you mess up a McDonalds hamburger?

Just tried calling the mcDonalds — it is 6:27 a.m. on Monday ⁸⁄₃₁. No one answers and finally the ring tone goes off with a screetch. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Pull up to the delivery window and the guy said — egg and sausage biscuit here you go and I said no, bacon egg and cheese biscuit is what I ordered. He said, ok — came back with a bag and I drove off. I’m sitting at my desk, got my coffee, opened up the bag and I have a sausage biscuit. They were not busy, no car ahead nor behind; just sheer laziness. This has always been the worst mcDonalds, but I was hungry. Las time I tried them over a year ago, I got so mad I drove back after arriving at my office and showed them the fly in the coffee and the cold bacon egg and chesse biscuit.
Disgusting!

Took me 15 minutes to get a frappé, and when a guy named dante brought it he didnt even bring any straw or napkin. I asked him for a straw, he walked back and walked out, just handed over a straw without any sorry or thank you.

This establishment is hell on Earth. I came here after a concert at Jiffy Lube Live hoping for a quick bite to eat before we hit the road. My girlfriend and I ended up waiting a literal half hour before receiving our order. The staff seem completely unconcerned with the backlog and at times appeared to forget they were working at all, just standing around staring off into space. Do not eat here

It is McDonalds. But one of the better qualty ones in the Manassas area. Cleaner, less crowded, and better quality more ample seating. Food is better qualty than most. If I go to McDonalds, I go here.

Last road trip we took I had a disaster: we stopped at a McDonald’s in Maryland and I had ordered a LARGE fries and 10 piece mcnugget. and I got a barely-​filled medium. Unfortunately we raced through that McDonald’s and I didn’t discover the mistake until it was too late. Medium fries are NOT big enough for a satisfying meal! And I had paid for a large.
Same thing happened here! Luckily we got out of the car to use the bathroom as well so I was able to check the order in the restaurant. I can’t believe it happened again! Giving a order that is too small should not be a reoccurring thing. The woman was apologetic, but what she should have done in my opinion is gone ahead and given me the medium that she had put in the bag AND the large that I had ordered, instead of taking the medium that I had touched back. That just would have been a nice customer service touch. Also, I am displeased at how much they fill the fry container. That medium was barely full. And the large wasn’t much better — especially since they got rid of the supersize those fry containers they give out should be overflowing. Instead, I often have to ask the server to please fill up the fry container all the way. McDonald’s is supposed to be about getting a huge serving of crappy food, not having to fight with the person for every fry.
I wish they would bring the supersize back :(

I do not know how you can mess up a simple no edit McDonalds order. Time and time again I have gone to this location, never once has an order come up correct or near fresh. (Fresh meaning hot food.) We all go to fast food not expecting much. But this is just pathetic. Drive down the road a mile and go to the other location.

I have to go to this McDonald’s all the time cause my job is right down the street from it and I’m considering never coming back here again. They are constantly getting my order wrong. When ever I use my card to pay they NEVER give me my receipt and today I ordered a steak and egg mcmuffin and when I got back to my job to eat it there was no egg just steak and cheese. I would stay away from this McDonald’s save yourself the trouble.

Terrible. I’ve been here on several occasions and the service has gotten consistently worse. Messed up orders, cold food and day old fries are not what I call good service. I am not lovin it!

This place is inconsistent in its service. Sometimes amazing and efficient, other times not so much. Food is your basic McD’s menu. OK if you need to stop and get there on a good day.

Yuck! If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the worlds slowest McDonald’s and the people that work there obviously hate their job. The drive through takes at least 10 minutes but going in isn’t much faster. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Ordered a Grilled Onion Cheddar burger meal about 4:30pm on 1÷16÷2013. Got home after my 1.5 hour daily commute home to sit down and eat my dinner and realized there was no meat patty in either burger! I suppose now I should actually open the burger to check to make sure there is meat in the bun rather than just checking to make sure the basics are there. I then tried calling the number listed on their website, but the line would just keep ringing. It sounded like someone would eventually pick up for about a second and then hang up. Think I’ll skip this location from now on.

Strongly considered giving this McDonalds one star, but I’ve never given a one star review before and I’m saving it for something truly nightmarish (that lands me in the hospital or something). I’ve ordered from this McDonalds before and never had a problem until the other day… there was a long black hair in one of my cheeseburgers! A LONG BLACK HAIR! I thought they wore hair nets or caps or something.
If this was the first time I’d been to this McDonalds I’d probably give it one star, but I’d never had a problem until this last time.
Long wait at the drive through for my McHairburger but I guess that’s to be expected in such a bustling area.

My wife and I hit the drive-​thru around midday on Saturday to grab a quick bite on our way up to Maryland. They have the 2-​order drive-​thru, there wasn’t a line and we were in and out quickly.
Everything was hot and fresh and the fries were nice and salty.
This location is kind of tucked away off of Sudley near 66. Due to it’s location I had assumed that it might not be that busy because, unless you see the sign, you will completely miss. According to other reviews this doesn’t stop it from being a very busy McD’s.
I’m not sure what is with the confusion about paying in the drive-​thru, they have 2 windows like almost every other drive-​thru I’ve ever been to. You pay at the first window and get your food at the second. Seems pretty standard fare to me.

Had breakfast here this morning — it’s been a while since I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s — past experiences have been for lunch and burgers.
Walked in and there was a loooooong line — I counted 15 people deep — with one cashier. One lady toward the front of the line kept stepping forward to ask if she could speak to the manager about the fact there was only one cashier — then she loudly commented on the fact that two McDonald’s employees were going on break — I was not going there — I’ve worked in the restaurant industry — and everyone needs to take a break — we have no idea how long they’ve been working.
Finally, a second register opened up and the line moved a bit faster.
I ordered the #2 Breakfast Value Meal — Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin with hash browns and medium coffee. Once my order was placed — they filled the order quickly and efficiently.
I’ve admitted it before — I love fast food breakfast foods — sausage, bacon, cheese, eggs, I’m there, I love it.
The Sausage, Egg, Cheese McMuffin was damn tasty. The English muffin was toasted perfectly, and all of the components combined to make a party on my tongue. The Hash Brown was hot and crisp — although slightly greasy, and the coffee was strong and good.
I sat at a high top counter — a bar of sorts to eat. As I scanned the joint, I noted the dining area was in need of some policing — a couple of booths looked like a couple of kids had spread carnage across the area in terms of food on the floor.
