I just got my first storage unit here and they were very friendly here. I like the climate controlled options for my items and the place is very clean. Easy to get to and a fair price on the internet.

Really bad experience. Went in with reservation. Older woman that turns out to be wife, demanded drivers license along with other ID. Since I had identity theft issues reluctant to give copy of DL for them to keep in unsecured file on premises. I Was paying with bank debit automatically deducted. Why DL? This is not required by Homeland Security and they cannot use it for anything. Wife said she would accept another picture ID. Husband old guy, came in and said No way without even waiting for explanation. Absolutely not. Give her back her paperwork, she needs to leave. What? You don’t want to know why? well there are plenty of other storage places. Be careful. If owner is that nasty over paperwork, you can only imagine how he would react with a REAL problem. I would suggest somewhere else! If you give them a crdit card number, it stays in a hard file in a drawer behind the counter where anyone could take it. So sad too bad is all they would say.
