My Plumber is the greatest. They listen to the customer, they do not treat woman as if we are dumb. Oscar S, is respectful, professional, and he knows his work. Thank you once again My Plumber and Oscar S. for great service at a good fair price.

I recently called on a Sunday afternoon about a clogged up kitchen sink. It cost me a bit extra to ensure that someone would be able to come out that same day, but it was worth it! Adam and his apprentice, Chris, spent over two hours snaking out my drain in order to get the water flowing. AND … he did it with a great sense of humor the whole time!

Michael T. and Patrick came out to clean our ducts. They were thorough, timely, and extremely professional. Michael showed me the work that he was doing and was very pleasant to me and my kids. I really appreciated the fine service — thank you!

My Plumber technician Jonathan B. provided outstanding service during today’s HVAC inspection. All inspection steps and needed repairs were thoroughly explained to me, and the whole process was executed professionally and expeditiously. Johathan even had the patience and skill to teach me how to do some of the inspection steps and repairs on my own. The next time we need heating and air-​conditioning service, we will definitely call My Plumber, and we will request Jonathan B. by name.

Great service. Seth was professional, courteous and very nice. I was just having my bi-​annual HVAC unit inspected. He was very thorough and explained in easy to follow detail the work the suggested I needed to have done, with no pressure whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Seth, he made me feel comfortable and made sure my heat worked properly so I was ready for winter.

Miguel was the service professional who inspected the heating system in my condo earlier this evening. He did an excellent and very thorough job checking to see that everything was working properly. He also checked the air filter. He gets two thumbs up –

Updated review: …And then we started the dishwasher and it was clear the problem we originally call the company out to fix has not be resolved. $ 800 later and there is water pouring out from under the sink. Company suggesting additional charges will be necessary to resolve– 800 to fix a leak– and it’s still gushing. Stay tuned.

Tommy was super professional, helpful, quick and did a quality job. You really can’t ask for more.

This is the 3^rd time Joe Leffler has been to our home for plumbing reasons. This time was just for a general plumbing inspection. He was on time, polite and very informative. In addition to telling me what items needed to be repaired/​replaced (with no high pressure sales involved), he made a small repair without charge and then greatly improved the water pressure by diagnosing a problem with our pressure tank and fixing it on the spot. There was a small charge for this, but I was very happy to have the improved pressure! He seems to be a top notch plumber and I will definitely ask for him when we need future service.

Phenomenal work and staff. Plumber came within his time window and was very nice. I also had their support staff calling me with location updates once the appointment window arrived. I was looking for an estimate for several repairs, things like shut-​off valve replacements, water heaters, replacing a faucet, and replacing a bathtub drain. After reviewing our pipes/​layout and listening to my specifications, he laid out an estimate. With some back and forth, we came to a very agreeable amount. While not everything could be completed as some quotes they had were a little too high compared to other companies, I decided to go with MyPlumber for the majority of my work right then and there. After about 4 hours, the work was done.
Hugo was our plumber, if I’m allowed to name names, and he was fantastic. Very nice, patient (with my toddler running around trying to be as distracting as possible), and completed the job with professional touches. My dad was a plumber and I’ve seen some bad plumbing work that he would have had to fix… Hugo’s was not. It was done exactly how it should and could be done with our layout. He even managed to do our tub drain without having to go through the ceiling beneath it, which several companies claimed they’d have to do. Surprised me how well he maneuvered that drain shoe!
MyPlumber is now in my contact lists for emergency plumbers. I spent a full week calling around 15 different plumbers (my list of work to do is pretty extensive), and MyPlumber is in the top 3 for prices/​work/​professional friendly staff.
I’m out in Germantown, MD for those wondering. I think I’m one of the furthest service areas.

We found a leaking pipe that was causing damage to our walls and floors. We called up My Plumber and John came out to our place that morning. He had us back together in under an hour, no leak and no problem. He even evaluated the rest of our pipes and the water heater.
John Tomsko was exactly what you want in your plumber; courteous, skilled and a quick worker. He is a knowledgeable professional who can easily explain the problem to you and he treats you respectfully.
Use these people. They know what they are doing and they don’t rip you off with other work you don’t need.

The plumber was on time, courteous and the whole job was more affordable than I expected. The plumber who came out brought everything with him to do the job, explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it and it didn’t take along at all. I’ll definitely use them again!

Mike M. Salvaged a very tough service issue with outstanding quality customer service. He realized after two failed attempts by prior technicians that we needed a solution and remediation of past efforts. He diagnosed and found the problem. He then repaired at no further cost and conducted a free review and simple repair of all plumbing issues we had that he could do that day. He turned what was leading to a poor report to BBB into a glowing job.

Lee did a great job. Quick review of our system he found the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Very friendly and great customer service. Would use them again!

John W. just provided us with EXCELLENT service. We are relatively new homeowners (a little under a year), and have had hit-​or-​miss experiences from other home service providers. John showed up on time, and very quickly diagnosed the problem with our HVAC system. He explained the different options available to us and did not oversell the service plan as some companies do. In the end, we had to get a new circuit board for the AC system, and I did end up buying the plan — it made good financial sense. John went above and beyond, diagnosing another minor electrical problem for us and cleaning up a minor water spill. He took his time, and was professional and courteous. John arriived promptly and made a great first impression immediately. Very knowledgable, professional and courteous ! John explained to me his diagnosis of the problem and went so far to remove the parts and show me what he was concerned with. I’m sold with My Plummer services and John’s a great representative for the company.

I got a quote on a broken pipe from My plumber but, due to the major water damage caused, it was a day or so before I could actually schedule a date for the repair.
four days days or so later, I contacted My plumber and made an appointment. I was given the following day, with a window (appointment) of 12 to 4pm.
On the day of the appointment the plumber did not show up. At 4:28 I contacted My plumber to let them know that their plumber did not showed up. I was immediately told that I would be connected to dispatch. Dispatch, I asked, why? and was told that she only made the appointments. its was dispatch who sends the plumbers out.
I was connected to Francis at dispatch who stated that the plumber assigned was off that day. she went on to say that she did not know why the scheduler scheduled that particular plumber for that day?
On the day that I scheduled the appointment, the scheduler did say that, that particular plumber was off and that I had the option to use a different plumber. which was ok with me.
In the end there was too much inner officer turmoil, I just wanted service. I ended the call and contacted another plumber.

I had a fantastical experience at one point with John from My Plumber and wrote a great review. But this last experience was atrocious. I had to keep calling and leaving messages because my calls weren’t getting returned, then when they did call back to schedule, the guy missed my appt. Then I called back to make another appt, this time they forgot the ladder which I told them to bring multiple times. Then the last time I scheduled, the guy arrives at my house, barely looks at my unit and gives me an outrageous quote for my AC, which made absolutely no sense! I was told I would get a free AC, but then I was quoted $ 12 000 for what others would do for $ 5000 and less. The guy tells me that My Plumber does quality work so theyre at the higher end. Ok, I get it for like $ 1000-​$ 2000, but $ 7000. :-\ Really? ok… :-|

Todd came out in the time I scheduled, he actually arrived earlier then scheduled. Customer services calls you first to ensure you are there. Once he arrived he was professional and informative. He explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was friendly and professional. I am now a loyal customer of My Plumber.
