Zero Rating– A week ago, my daughter had a hair line fracture and we went to see Dr. Highfill. He saw her for a minute and said, its nothing and start walking on it… 5 days later her knee started swelling and she could not move it. We went to the hospital and they said she was not suppose to put weight on it… Now because of Dr. Highfill’s wrong diagnosis, she is suffering and in bed. I would. I would never recommend this doc to ANYONE.

Terrible. He has no bed side manner. He makes no recommendations. I sprained my ankle twice in 3 months. I was and still am in a lot of pain. I was in the waiting room longer then I spoke to Dr. Highfill. I will not go to him or this group again. He told me «Dude it’s a sprain. It takes time to heal. Just don’t hurt it again or it will take longer». I paid for that. Don’t waste your time. Find someone else. Zero stars is a better review.

In 2009 I had extremely painful bone spurs in my right ankle treated which involved surgery and severing the Achilles tendon. And in 2014, I guess my left ankle got jealous for the attention and I had to have that one done. In both cases, I can only sing the praises of my experience with Dr. Highfill and his staff. They arranged everything with my primary and secondary insurance carriers. Dr. Highfill thoroughly set my expectations for the procedure and my recovery by explaining all of the timelines for my recovery. Yes, it’s a long recovery period, but it was like reclaiming my life by getting my mobility back.

New patient. Very Strange Experience. Patient left almost in tears. The guy was rushing, and barely look at us or the history, made very derogatory comments at all the markings for areas of pain on a graph, kept saying is normal for age (52 years, really ?). NO MENTION OF OSTEOARTHRITIS IN PATIENT. When asked about work (bakery) making illness worst said something about Janitorial work for people this age !!! How insulting !. Got upset when we didn’t let him rush us and ask many questions. X rays printed in paper? No light box in office? makes me wonder of diagnostics. Rushed shot in very sore and sensitive shoulder and said «go and have dinner and cupcakes», patient felt treated like cattle … If you are looking for someone to listen to you, compassionate, friendly, more professional this is NOT your guy. If you try good luck !
