Post Designers & Builders is a division of Sundecks, Inc. Post Designers & Builders specializes in building additions, 2-​story additions, basements, garages, sunrooms and whole house remodels. We are licensed, bonded and insured to do business in Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun & Arlington counties. Sundecks, Inc, our parent company was established in 1979. Sundecks specializes in building wood and composite decks, screen porches, front porches, gazebos and sunrooms. Due to clients inquiring about interior work, Post Designers was established in 1991, to meet client demand.

Business Owner

Dennis started with Sundecks, Inc. in the early 80’s selling decks. Then in 1991 helped start Post Designers & Builders. Today, he is our General Manager and Designer/​Estimator for Post.
