Mr. Duckett has been practicing law exclusively in Virginia since 1997. Through his work in private practice he has honed his legal skills in the areas of criminal defense as well as personal injury. He has worked in the Virginia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court, and circuit and general district courts throughout the state. Highly regarded among his peers in the legal community, Mr. Duckett is frequently consulted by fellow attorneys for assistance with various legal matters.

Mr. Duckett was born and raised in Northern Virginia. He has extensive experience practicing law in the Commonwealth and has represented a wide range of clients including CEOs, professional athletes, and White House and Congressional staff members.

Mr. Duckett graduated with a Political Science and Economics degree from the University of Richmond and earned his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University in Indiana. When he is not hard at work providing legal services, Mr. Duckett coaches youth soccer and baseball teams and volunteers with an environmental conservation organization.
