Walk into the store trying to find kids ice figure skates. Unfortunately, they only stock hockey skates. Store is organized and the employees walk around asking if we have any questions, very helpful! Even offered to help us order the skates on their website.

Purchased extended warranty on item. Needed to use it, called it in, never received credit after a month goes by. Called again, now they tell me they have no record of claim and item is not covered. As I questioned agent to why it was covered the first time, he hung up on me.
Last time I shop here

I guess they were on high alert or just over the top but I was not even given a chance to look around. The second I walked in the door I was asked by two people at the same time if I needed help finding anything I thank them and said no I was just looking around. Then two minutes later another color comes up to me and asked if I need help finding something again I told him no thank you I’m just looking around. So then a minute later a different clerk altogether asked me if I need help finding something and I can explain to him no I am fine just looking around. Thank you Ms. later were the original woman that greeted me at the door came up to me to see if I still was fine or if I need help finding something. When I decide to leave on the way out what the other woman that was there asking if I was sure I didn’t need help finding something. So basically in less than five minutes I was asked seven-​times by five different people not to mention another person who just said hello, if not I needed help. I am all all for being helpful, but I don’t think it was that hard for me to find what I was looking for when I’m standing in the apparel are looking at T-​shirts. Totally over aggressive sales people prices are a little bit on the high side anyway last time I’ll be coming here

Compared to similar stores in this area, I have to say I like this place. Very organized and there are actually workers here who you can get to help you! What a concept!!! Any way, they often run coupons in the papers for about %25 off an item. Dicks wouldn’t give you sand in the desert let alone 25 percent off something!!!
