I paid in April in advance for a pool opening and closing. The opening was fine. the closing was a disaster. In august I scheduled an appt for 9⁄17. No one showed up. I called on the 18th and they apologized and assured me someone wud come by end of week and they would call to cfm time and day. I called following day and was assured that the next day, Friday, 9⁄20 the crew would come do my pre-paid closing. I called at noon to find out wen they were coming and the gal told me very end of day they would come. At 5pm I receive the following email: We apologize for the inconvenience but we are not going to be able to close your pool this year it seems at least in the near future. We had all intentions of closing the pool today but the crew got behind and will not be able to make it to you. Every day is over booked and as you are out of our normal service area it is making it more difficult to work you in so rather than keep telling you we will be there we will be refunding the closing of $ 192.00 to your American Express Card. Again we apologize for the inconvenience but we are just not going to be able to work you in the schedule at this time. Douglas Siemons No one ever mentioned to me that I was outside the service area. Now I have to find someone else– my pool will not be closed until mid October and it will cost me a helluva lot more.
