Eau Spa

Stopped by for a few minutes and stated for a few hours.
The grounds are breathtaking. Oceanfront, nicely landscaped, well appointed physical plant.
The breakfast at Temple Orange Mediterranean Bistro was tasty. The omelet was well cooked and the fresh juice, well, FRESH.
The spa is well appointed, extremely comfortable and the facial was über relaxing.
Sonia was very helpful and all the staff were friendly.
A return visit is in order for sure.

I received a fuzzy ducky facial last Friday with a peel. Ellie was my esthetician. She promised me that the peel would not peel my skin but would unclog my pores. Unfortunately, I woke up Saturday morning with what I thought was a horrible allergic reaction to your products. I came in Saturday afternoon and one of your estheticians took a look at my face and informed me that it was indeed a bad chemical burn. My chin was covered in thick brown scab like skin. Sunday I placed aloe on my face all day long like your esthetician suggested. Monday the burn peeled and became open wounds. Today my whole face is peeling not just my chin.
I have received facials and peels from other spas before but have never experienced anything like this. All I wanted was a refund for my horrible services. The receptionist couldn’t give it to me, human resources couldn’t give it to me. It has been a week. I’m still waiting for corporate to get back to me. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA.

This is not just a spa, it is a luxurious oasis of relaxation and decadence. The staff is so accommodating, from the valet to the spa attendants. The massage treatments are incredible, and Eau Spa makes you forget about all of your troubles and worries.

Love this place. I used to come here when it was the Ritz Carlton. It’s basically the same but the name changed. Really fabulous place to come though. I love the restaurant Angle which is inside, and Temple Orange has always been delicious. Nice to go to for lunch or dinner and sit outside. Gorgeous views of the ocean.

The spa is beautiful so it gets a star for me. The massage itself was horrible!!! I have had many massages in my lifetime and have never given a bad review. I wanted a firm massage so when I told her that, she said «it would be $ 25 more for a deep tissue»… Wait, so I’m already paying two hundred for a massage and if I want it harder I have to pay extra? Not only that but while I was in the room, she had me try all different kinds of oils. Oh wait, it’s an up charge for that too. Not only was it the most expensive massage I have ever had but the worst one as well!

Loved it! The Eau Spa is incredible!!! From the moment I walked in I felt pampered and relaxed! I had a keratase hair treatment and then a couples massage with a hydro bed treatment.
Amazing!

Can we talk about this place for a second? It is fab! The interior (and exterior) décor is quirky and creative– wine glass chandeliers, suspended swinging chairs over a pond, a jacuzzi with a waterfall coming from the extremely high ceilings, a floating candle wish fountain, a sun drenched lounge area, etc. When you first walk in you hit a boutique with basically everything you need– chic clothing, bikinis, workout clothes, beauty products, gifts and knick knacks. Get checked in with your concierge who will offer up a beverage (Champers? Yes, please!) and make a wish in their wish fountain with a floating candle. Locker room is equipped with super high tech fob key system. Get your robe and head to steam room, sauna and jacuzzi (did i see a ‘clothing optional sign?). Anyway, the hanging chairs outside are a great napping spot and then there’s the eau zone room with teas, coco water, cupcakes and treats. This is where your therapist will find you. I got the signature massage with Jamie. I selected the Pause option (from Pause, Play, Perfect). The options give you a choice from lighting, music, aromatherapy scents. I got a deep tissue and have to say this was one of the best massages i have gotten in a while! I felt like butter afterward. This is a great spot for a girls day and the property is right on the ocean and features several bars and restaurant outlets.

Aside from price, how is this place not #1 recommends spa in. West palm beach? The staff are amazing, polite and helpful. «Would you like some champagne? Coconut water?» The place is well maintained and the whole amenities area is huge and easily spent the whole afternoon here. I could my skin actually feel a lot more moist!
Definitely this place put a smile on my face and would come back for special occasions. Worth every penny!

We have been to Eau Spa at least 8 times over the past 3 years. Until today, each experience was wonderful. Although our massages today were as good as usual, the experience itself was not. After the massage, the two of us (both male) attempted to use the jacuzzi. Because the men’s side was a virtual ghost town, when we entered it to find the water to be lukewarm, we assumed it needed time to heat up. We checked it every 10 minutes over the next 30 minutes. During that time, two male employees came through, so I asked them why it wasn’t heated up. The first employee, who came in 5 minutes after we first tried the jacuzzi, put his hand in and said it was warm, so we believed it had heated up. However, it had not. Approximately 15 minutes later, a male massage therapist was coming through, so I asked him. He said he would look into it. However, we never saw nor heard from him again. No follow up whatsoever. We finally gave up and decided to leave 20 minutes later. When we checked out, I mentioned it to the woman at the register. Her response was oh, yeah, it went out Saturday night (48 hours ago) and we are waiting for a part. I told her that it would have been nice had someone mentioned that to us earlier (like when I made the appointment yesterday, when we checked in, or when I asked 2 different male employees). She just shrugged her shoulders. I never expected such horrific customer service from a spa that touts itself as so high end. Parts break, and that’s understandable. In fact, I have been to higher end spas than Eau that provided me with an accommodation (discount and/​or free pass to use the jacuzzi on another day) when their jacuzzi was broken. Eau’s failure to (a) notify us at any time that part of the value we paid for with our massage would not be received; (b) notify its own employees that the jacuzzi was broken so that they can provide accurate, proper responses to customers; and © offer any sort of accommodation, is simply unacceptable. Next time we are in town, we will take our business elsewhere, where prices are not as inflated and there is actual customer service.

Excellent and beautiful. They really make sure you relax. The massage was good. We did a couple massage and we had a great time.

The only reason this former Ritz Carlton Palm Beach spa gets two stars is because of the ambiance and décor. The Ritz spas in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando were some of the most memorable pampering experiences I have had. Eau Spa is NOT the Ritz! But Ritz prices! There were a couple of other guests but none when I was waiting in the boutique to check in for 15 minutes, the requested arrival time. When the clerk, who was standing behind the register during the time I was standing there waiting finally got to me, not sure what kept her so occupied, she proceeded to up-​sell me on add-​ons, including the spoon full of honey. It felt like a money grab leaving patrons there to ‘browse’. Note: Excellent service sells. She left me in the locker room to find robes. No spa shoes ladies and gents! Bring your own, or they sell them, how convenient! The whirlpool was closed. I was left unattended in the locker room to find my way through the long and empty maze of closed doors to find anyone who could assist me find a waiting area, in bare feet. My 120 minute massage was booked as an hour and the female masseuse turned out to be a tall older man who ended up being just-​over-​the-​line creepy and spent the whole walk up to pay telling me what great shape I was in and what muscle tone I have. Extremely disappointed and doubt I’ll be back even though this ocean front location is five minutes from home.

I’ve been to this spa several times. The staff is polite and professional. the spa is clean and beautifully decorated. The food delivered to the spa is good as well.
This is a higher end spa and therefore it is expensive. I have a few massages here (mostly given as gifts) and they were all the same. The therapists follow the exact same massage pattern. Although the treatment is a customized experience where you pick the lighting, music and are served honey, the massages are routine and ordinary. There’s a lot of oil application and not enough true massaging. Most of the therapists miss the focal spots of tension.
The manicure and pedicure services are great. I wish they had massaging chairs to keep the relaxation flow going but they don’t. It’s $ 45 for a classic manicure and $ 65 for a classic pedicure. I wouldn’t spend this amount of these services unless it was a gift or I had a discount code.
The main reason I come to this spa and the reason I gave it 4 stars is for the outdoor garden and indoor sauna and bathing area. Indoor they have a beautiful gigantic tiled jacuzzi with a ceiling waterfall. Surrounding the jacuzzi are several heated lounge chairs. They’re just warm enough for you to the feel the heat and relax your back. The also have a dry air sauna which is really nice. Outdoor they have several mini pools you can put your feet in and lounge chairs. My favorite area is the swinging chairs that hang from a gazebo like fixture. They hang directly over a river rock like shallow pool that your feet float in. Swaying in those chairs is the most relaxing part of the day.

This is one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. The customer service, amenities, and my massage therapist, Marlene, was top notch! From the moment you check in, you are welcomed as a special guest. We had a girls spa day here to enjoy the summer specials and so glad we did. After enjoying the tranquility garden and relaxation areas, I had a wonderful massage. We decided to have some lunch after our treatments. The food was delicious and service impeccable. Portions were much larger than anticipated which was a plus since we had worked up an appetite from lounging all day. The spa offers complimentary champagne, tea, water, and cupcakes! They also treat you to their homemade raw honey… Delicious! Planning my next visit soon!

The best spa that I have ever been to. By far exceeded my expectations. Every experience from placing my wishing candle in the fountain, to the amazing honey, full body massage and relaxing in the garden. Can’t wait to save up enough to go back again– so worth it!

Spa-​over the top. Wonderful and perfect! The people are excellent and they made sure everything was perfection! They thought of everything!
Hotel-​Dis not stay but the lobby and outside area are something out of a dream.
Food-(from outside patio) TERRIBLE! We had such a wonderful day that it would have been hard to disappoint but somehow they did. We had the happy hour bites: ceviche, fish dip, oysters, clams, shrimp. The oysters were jut ok everything else was sloppy tasted not fresh and just over all not good. Very very disappointing and gave us a bad taste in our mouth after such a wonderful day at the spa. Do not order food. Drinks were great!

I have contemplated on what to write for my review of our stay at Eau Palm Resort and Spa for fear that I won’t do it justice.
From our first step inside the lobby to the first impression of our ocean front room and the attention that we were given from the parking attendants to the front desk and everyone that we encountered was an amazing experience. We were important, was the way we were treated, and very well taken care of.
We started our Saturday morning having our breakfast buffet in the Temple Orange. What an amazing array of palate pleasures awaits anyone that ops for the breakfast buffet. I started with yogurt, fruit and honey and then had a made to order single egg omelet that enveloped mushrooms, peppers, tomato, other vegetables and cheese. The omelet was perfect. I then had a dollop of tuna and Brie and walked myself to the desserts and chose a wonderful mini pudding. Juice and coffee was my choice of beverage.
We went to our room and changed to our swimsuits to take a dip in the pool and then walk down to the beach. We made our way back to the pool to order drinks, I basked in the sun while my husband swam to his hearts content. We had a 1 o’clock spa appointment that we were asked to arrive 30 minutes early for.
Our Spa day was 4.5 hours of pleasure and we could have extended this pampering longer if we had chosen to. First our tour, then my husband went to the «M» & I entered the «W». We agreed to meet in the coed area when we were done with our massages. First a dip in the jacuzzi and then the dry sauna and then to the dressing room to wrap myself in my robe and get whisked away to my 1 hour massage. Relaxation began when I entered into the spa! My husband and I met later and spent time on separate swings where we drug our feet in cold running water. We laughed and sipped champagne and spoke about how relaxed we were. We then again separated and agreed to meet in our room and then go to dinner. More jacuzzi time and dry sauna and I laid on a heated lounge chair that I truly could have fallen asleep in.
I then relaxed in a semi private cabana and had a wonderful cupcake and sipped water. I showered using the signature spa products and somehow had to bring this time to an end. Reluctantly I left the spa to meet my husband in our room and get ready for dinner.
We returned to the resort after dinner and heard live music in the lounge area so we popped in, sat on a very comfortable sofa, ordered drinks and listened to some awesome musicians. What a lovely end to our day.
Yes, yes, yes, I highly recommend this resort to anyone that would like to get away, relax and enjoy being pampered!

I would give the Eau Spa 5 stars but I hate that the jacuzzi is chlorine. No 5 star hotels are doing chlorine anymore… make it a salt water so we aren’t being gassed while we’re trying to relax. It is especially difficult to breathe that in when you are enclosed in a room, and not outside. Chlorine is also very tough on the skin, and makes me itch!
Other than that, I love the Eau Spa! It is very beautiful and relaxing, and I always receive a great massage there. It’s a great place to get away from it all!
Another reviewer said that you can’t use the pool when you’re a spa guest, but I’ve never had an issue with using the pool or outdoor jacuzzi area, so I’m not sure about that. That would be ridiculous if not, since you are spending a lot of money to be there.

I was here twice in two days to try two of their $ 50 spa week treatments. Please note that the half off prices are for half the treatment which is never worth it.
The cocoon body wrap Includes a dry float. It is basically a warm water bed you lay wrapped in for 20 min & very hard bed combo w 7 min contact with massage therapist while she put ½ ounce lotion on very limited areas not including any cellulite prone areas. Treatment appears to be exactly the same as listed on website for $ 140!!! It’s called the rapture. It includes 10 min of light demos, you get to pick the lights and music. I was given a delicious spoon of honey before treatment which was delicious. ($ 40 for the bottle)
The SPA itself is absolutely beautiful! The stars go to the place. The above treatment was never to be repeated again. The mani pedi was average and should be listed as a mini treatment. It was not a deal although Tosi was amazing.

This is a beautiful spa. Large hot tub, steam shower and sauna. Lounge areas relaxing. There are heated lounge chairs. The garden area is very relaxing with individual cabanas and wading pools to dip your feet in. The menu of services is very pricey, even for Palm Beach. While there is no doubt that this is a gorgeous facility, here are some suggestions I would make to compete with the other spas in the area such as the Breakers and Four Seasons:
Please provide more to your guests in the lounge than green apples and cupcakes, with one kind of tea. With the prices charged, they could afford to put some nuts and dried fruit, at the very least. How about different types of high-​quality teabags so the guests can choose their tea rather than being forced to drink the tea provided in the lounge.
Scrub Bar A great idea. Herbs, salts and or sugars and oils are mixed together. Cost is $ 35 for sample sizes of scrub, body butter and spray. Again, for the prices charged for the services it would be nice if the spa provided the sample sizes free of charge. As a comparison, the Breakers give you the manicure or pedicure tools and the nail polish that you have selected free of charge with a manicure or pedicure. I paid almost $ 100 for a pedicure and $ 85 for a manicure at Eau de Spa and while it was satisfactory, it was definitely not the best I have had.
And now, my most important suggestion. No matter how much you spend on spa services a guest is not allowed to use the swimmimg pool. Again, with comparison to the Breakers– where any spa service allows access to the swimming pool, the beach, and any fitness classes. Same with the four seasons and Omphoy
And then there are the little souvenir ducks. They charge $ 15 if you want a duck with the the logo eau de spa. I saw the same ducks in a package of three ducks t for $ 14 at the Hilton. And the proceeds went to charity. Please just give one of these little ducks as a souvenir to your clients who are spending over $ 300 for a massage and hundred dollars for a pedicure.
So, if I wanted to spend a leisurely day at the beach or swimming pool along with the spa service I would go to the Breakers. My suggestion to this Eau spa is that they compete with the other spas in palm beach and give the customer something in return for the extremely high prices charged. This review is not to imply that the services were not fantastic. Manicure/​pedicure although outrageously expensive was satisfactory. The red flower facial was awesome.
Again, the services at the Breakers, the Omphoy and the four seasons are just as good with the added bonus that you can use the swimming pool and beach facilities.

Local Paradise.
Eau Spa is a beautiful hidden get away with the top of the art facility, helpful staff and heavenly concept. It is the most peaceful, tranquil, bliss spa around.
From Miami to West Palm, It is my all time favorite spa.
