We had a good stay in Mammoth West unit 118 — the matresses and bedding were in good shape. This four bedroom unit is spacious and easily held two families of four. The unit itself is really dated, but functional, except for some missing curtains and all the towel holders in the main bathroom are knocked off the wall. It is a short walk to the hot tub and club house, but we found ourselves driving to shuttle skiers to Canyon lodge in the morning. The village ski back trail can be used to return to the unit with a short downhill walk of about 150 feet. The kitchen equipment could use a refresh as well and is missing some basic things like potholders. The unit does not have an HD TV. Wireless internet worked very well.
