After graduating from college with a degree in psychology, Don then went on to get a Master’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration. After working in the hotel business for almost 15 years, he then he decided to open this store in 1994.

Ive never ever ever ever in my life! waited so long to get my things shipped before! my husband was inside this store for a half hour while i waited in the car almost falling asleep so he can ship five things. This is in outrage!!!

Customer service is still alive and well at this UPS store in Mamaroneck. Don and his great staff have been helping me for years with sending packages, printing and binding documents, and sending and receiving faxes. They do all of these things smoothly and efficiently — not a mistake in all the years I have been going there. I often see them helping other customers with other services as well. They are a wonderful combination of friendliness and efficiency. It’s always a pleasure to stop in there and they have solved many a problem for me. They just make things easier!
