We can’t say enough about how great an experience it was to use Malibu Bartender. Chase helped guide our purchases, and Ryan, the bartender was fantastic — handling nearly 50 people, mixing, serving, and helping out, even picking lemons and making custom virgin drinks for the kids. Great personality and super professional all around. Reasonably priced and quick feedback. We would use them again and recommend them for any occasion.

I used Malibu Bartender for my wedding, a stressful/​exciting event. The owner Chase was easy to work with, extremely accommodating and helped alleviate a lot of stress. Everything leading up to the event was smooth and gave me the confidence to focus on the many other tasks.
On the night with so much going on Chase’s Bartenders Ryan and Brian were perfect. Professional, fun, entertaining and the drinks were on point. Everyone from Grandma to the Best Man were impressed.

We used Malibu Bartender for our Halloween party this year. My boss had over 300 guests in her Palisades home and Chase’s bartenders did an incredible job servicing everyone. They were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. When asked to help with the setup and teardown, they did so without complaint or hesitation. The bartenders were very professional and my boss and her guests were all very pleased with the service. We will most definitely work with Chase and his team again in the future. We hired Malibu Bartender for a party at our home with about 30 guests. Casey called us two hours before the event to check in and asked if we needed him to pick up anything on his way. He showed up 15 minutes early, looking sharp in black slacks, shirt and tie. He was super friendly and did a great job serving our guests and cleaning up at the end of the night. Looking forward to hiring him again for our next party!

We hired Tyler for our housewarming party this past weekend. He was amazing. From start to finish Tyler was the consummate professional and a pleasure to have in our house. He arrived early (but not too early!) and immediately offered to help me lay out the appetizers, cheese and so on. He needed little direction and put together a lovely display of cheese and crackers while we were waiting for the guests to arrive. He was knowledgeable about wines and had a great easy-​going personality which we all appreciated.
I would recommend him to anyone and will hire him again in the future! Great experience!

I wish I could do 10 stars. I hired Chase of Malibu Bartender for our September wedding and he was fabulous from start to finish. He met with me and designed three signature drinks for me based on my concepts and taste preferences. He even ordered me a drink from the bar where we met (Dukes in Malibu) to give me a taste of what I could expect. He helped me pick the amounts of wine, beer and liquor I would need for my 100 person guest list. Throughout the planning experience (which included a very stressful change of venue) he was there for support and assistance. The bartenders (chase and dustin) were on time, and he and his assistant were dressed appropriately (it helps that they are adorable — as my coordinator said, nothing wrong with wedding eye candy!). While I did not spend much time at the bar, I was never without a drink (even in the bridal suite) and so many of my guests came up to me during and after the event to explain how fun and entertaining the bartenders were. I did taste each drink — each one of them was absolutely fabulous and uniquely crafted. Plus they followed my very particular instructions about how each drink was to be served (specialty bottles, straws, garnishes, etc). Finally, I can’t complain about the price — it was definitely unbeatable. I want to plan another event just so I can hire these guys.

After searching all over Los Angeles for bar-​tending services I chose Malibu Bartender for my best friends Bridal Shower, they had great prices and were very professional. Chase was always available, he responded to my e-​mails quickly, suggested a few specialty drinks and arrived early to set up the bar we rented. The bartender was great at attending and interacting with our guests. I would definitely recommend hiring them for any occasion!

We used Malibu Bartender for our «Mom’s Getaway» recently and they were great! Tyler was our bartender and he was very professional and very easy going. We rented a house in Malibu and just wanted someone at our «beck and call» for the day so we didn’t have to get out of our beach chairs! I spoke to Chase ahead of time to make the arrangements and wanted to be clear that it was a very casual job, and not to come in their professional attire. Tyler was perfect. He was casually dressed and had a big sweet smile on his face the entire time. He ran up and down the stairs, making and serving drinks the whole day. The mojitos were delicious! By mid day we were pretty silly and Tyler didn’t seem at all bothered by 40+ year old moms’ ridiculous behavior. Lol. I wish we had planned ahead because we would have hired him for the next day as well but he had another engagement. We will definitely hire Malibu Bartender when we come out again!

I throw parties year round and enjoy every minute of it! In my experience, I’ve had to learn the hard way of what the key essentials to executing a fabulous and successful party entails. Word of mouth and references will be your best friend during the stressful hunt for repeatable companies to hire, ensuring that your party will be sure to go off without a hitch. I recently moved to Westlake Village from Newport Beach, and wanted to throw myself a house warming party. Not being familiar with the new area, my girlfriend immediately suggested that I use her «go-​to» bartending company, Mailbu Bartender. The owner, Chase, and his staff were beyond accommodating and such a pleasure to work with! Their professional service, helpful insight, and awesome drink mixing skills allowed me to be an effortless (and very happy) host to my guests. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them for any event!

We used Malibu Bartender for our wedding on September 1. We had about 160 people at the wedding. Chase was our contact person and he was also our primary bartender. He was very easy to work with, knew his drinks, and knew what we needed to purchase. He helped us pick a signature drink and our guests LOVED the signature drink. The service provided was stellar and the price is hard to beat. We would definitely recommend Chase and his team for any event.

We received sensational service by the owner, Chase, who helped us plan how much liquor we would need and also gave some helpful insights on bar placement and traffic flow in the space. The two additional bartenders were very good as well and were very professional.

You are always skeptical when you hire a bartender. As everyone knows they can make or break a party. Everything can go wrong from service being slow to bad tasting drinks, etc. This bartender did the opposite and made the party. Fast service, incredible drinks and entertaining. I only signed up for Unilocal to give this bartender and his incredible service a review. If you are looking for a bartender then just call Chase because there is no other comparable choice.

Chase bar tended an event that we had and it was awesome. Not only is he very amicable and funny but he knows his drinks! A friend of mine didn’t know what she wanted to drink and chase made her a cocktail just based on what she wanted to taste and the type of alcohol she preferred. I definitely recommend Chase for any bar tending needs!

I have been to a handful of events in which Malibu Bartender, Chase Simonton was the bartender for hire and he is an outstanding bartender. He is responsible, helpful, and a talented mixologist. I went to one wedding of about 150 people in which he was the only bartender, and he handled the massive crowd with grace and speed. He is a blast to hang out with and chat with as well.
